Chris was professional throughout the process and helped me understand not only the car, but the whole car ownership process in Ontario. He followed up with me at the most opportune of times and offered advice without holding back (hopefully). He was patient and empathetic with me as I had a lot of questions and was very uncertain about the whole car ownership thing. I also appreciate that he worked to get me more even after the sale was done. I'd recommend people to go see him if they're buying Honda and wish good luck to Chris! More

For some reason or the other, both the Honda Dealers I went to, i had bad experiences. I noticed the dealership had a five start rating but not for me. Check your vehicle before you take off from the dealership. Something is not right in that place although i see the place being managed by the Don Valley Chain. I sent an email to the service dept but there was no response unfortunately. So, be ware of your vehicles when you drop off for service. More
