Of all the dealerships we visited, Yen was, without a doubt, the most helpful and knowledgeable salesperson we met. We had visited another Honda Dealership before and we didn’t get much out of it. Her salesmanship definitely gave an advantage to Honda because we even came out saying, “this car does so much more, although we wouldn’t really know what the competitors do because no other salesperson (from the competitor brands that we visited) took the time to explain the features to us”. Yen was so patient and really took all the time that was needed to answer all our questions. She found out our needs and worked with us to get us the best deal.
