Scheduled my oil change today at 10:30am service advisor notified me that they will also wash my car and would be done max of 1 hour and a half. However, Car finished 1:30pm (3 hours waiting) and car was n notified me that they will also wash my car and would be done max of 1 hour and a half. However, Car finished 1:30pm (3 hours waiting) and car was not washed. They said it was raining. Fine. The worst part is that they made a checklist wherein they would check the safety of the car. But to my surprise they didnt check the brake lights -because its busted. But as per their report on the paper that was given to me it was working. Im wondering now if honda parkway service team really checks our car or just puts check marks on the report. Sad to say im paying extra for a service that is substandard. More
