Best experience! Al was great! So friendly and very accommodating! I went to Parkway Honda with my wife to buy a 2009 Honda Civic thinking that choosing a car is such a hectic and time consuming process. He showed us cars that we wanted to see, did test drive, disclosed all the information about them, and gave us the reports. He is friendly and not pushy; he gave us time to think. We talked about the price which was reasonable. He disclosed all the costs and by the way administrative costs were included in the price as advertised on line. I went to this dealership because I had heard there would not be the usual game with the salesman and manager back and forth over price. This was true. My experience led me to make a purchase at our first meeting, rather than do any more shopping around. This was in sharp contrast to my visit to another dealer a couple days earlier. I had been given such a laughable trade-in value that I knew immediately how I was going to be treated. Had the salesman been more reasonable from the start, I might have gone through the dance with the manager and bought a car. More
