Excellent sales team and customer service. I picked a weekday to visit the dealer so that the sales person is not under pressure to deal with back to back appointments and can spend more time with me. It worked out, the sales person Aim Mujib was in no hurry and was sincere in his sales dialogues. The sales pitch and process were stereotypes but the sincerity and willingness to work on a deal was impressive. His boss Mark was pleasant and keen on customer experience and made sure the customers are happy. Overall my experience with Parkway Honda was excellent and I would recommend it highly. It's gonna be a long drive for every servicing...but if the experience pays for it then I don't mind. More

From the receptionist knowing our names (we made an appointment) to meeting with Harold Mark and subsequently, Bernie Shum who personally took care of the whole transaction from beginning to end - we were treated like life-long friends. They presented an honest, down-to-earth, and no pressure buying experience like none we have ever experienced before. They went the extra-mile when circumstances that were beyond their control prevented them from delivering our vehicle on time by offering us free rental or lowering even more the already very low vehicle price. When the vehicle arrived, Bernie personally assisted us in removing the middle row seats and helped us put in an aftermarket floor liners. He explained alot to us on the types of cars available, the range in price and the pluses and minuses of each vehicle, and we saw a car we liked, took the information on the vehicle and said we would think about it. Al was not pushy, and very pleasant to speak to. After a couple of days, and a couple of visits to other dealerships throughout the city, we decided we should go with the first car Al showed us. When we called him, we were told the car was sold. We were disappointed, but understood and our hunt for a car continued. We visited several more dealerships, and dealt with various sales associated that ranged from pushy, to rude, to providing us with limited information. Since this was our first experience purchasing a car from a dealership, we quickly understood by comparison the service Al provided us was fantastic. So when Al called us to tell us some used vehicles just came in, and he wanted to give us the opportunity to look at them first (since we missed out on the last car), we jumped at the chance. One of the cars he showed us was exactly what we were looking for. Everything we asked for in a car was in this one, and Al worked with us to ensure we understood everything that was associated with the car, and purchasing it. We never felt taken advantage of, and we know with the amount of research we did in a short period of time that we were getting a fair and reasonable deal. Al was honest and straightforward, and there was no "sales pitch". He answered all of our questions, and was always very pleasant to speak with. When we began searching for a car, we were worried that it would be a painful process, but Al made the experience of purchasing a used car with Honda a great one. We highly recommend seeing Al and going to Parkway Honda for any car purchase and if any of our family or friends are in the market for a used car, we will be sending them straight to Al. As we enter the sales floor at Parkway we are first greeted by a very HAPPY looking girl who efficiently directs us to a sales consultant. Enter Dilip Ramanathan and a whole new ballgame in this encounter. No push and shove, just a sincere concern for helping us find the right fit. My wife is nervous and he is very calming in answering her questions thoroughly. No surprise we purchased our Honda from this man. This is the way we should all experience buying a car, no pressure and a sense of genuine concern for meeting our needs. Bravo! More
