He explained alot to us on the types of cars available, the range in price and the pluses and minuses of each vehicle, and we saw a car we liked, took the information on the vehicle and said we would think about it. Al was not pushy, and very pleasant to speak to. After a couple of days, and a couple of visits to other dealerships throughout the city, we decided we should go with the first car Al showed us. When we called him, we were told the car was sold. We were disappointed, but understood and our hunt for a car continued. We visited several more dealerships, and dealt with various sales associated that ranged from pushy, to rude, to providing us with limited information. Since this was our first experience purchasing a car from a dealership, we quickly understood by comparison the service Al provided us was fantastic. So when Al called us to tell us some used vehicles just came in, and he wanted to give us the opportunity to look at them first (since we missed out on the last car), we jumped at the chance. One of the cars he showed us was exactly what we were looking for. Everything we asked for in a car was in this one, and Al worked with us to ensure we understood everything that was associated with the car, and purchasing it. We never felt taken advantage of, and we know with the amount of research we did in a short period of time that we were getting a fair and reasonable deal. Al was honest and straightforward, and there was no "sales pitch". He answered all of our questions, and was always very pleasant to speak with. When we began searching for a car, we were worried that it would be a painful process, but Al made the experience of purchasing a used car with Honda a great one. We highly recommend seeing Al and going to Parkway Honda for any car purchase and if any of our family or friends are in the market for a used car, we will be sending them straight to Al. He is an honest and straightforward individual, who really works hard to ensure his clients are getting thorough information and a positive experience. More

Enter Dilip Ramanathan and a whole new ballgame in this encounter. No push and shove, just a sincere concern for helping us find the right fit. My wife is nervous and he is very calming in answering her questions thoroughly. No surprise we purchased our Honda from this man. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and just made my experience amazing. Sasha and Christine were fun to work with. They put up with all my questions as a lot of this was very new to me. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a smile by reception. Christine went over the car with me and she took her time, didn't jump away from anything. I was introduced to Sasha Ghaffari to help me with my search. I started looking at used CRV's and also considered buying a new CRV but the selection of new vehicles was running low as it was late in the model year since there was a good rebate offered by Honda Canada. Because I was going on vacation before I could pick a vehicle, I decided to defer until I returned. At no point was I pressured to buy. It was like "ok, we will pick up the process when you get back". After I returned, the 2015's were being announced and a decision was made quickly. The ordering process was straight forward and communication during the wait for the car was appropriate. After the car arrived, the delivery process was also easy and professional. Sasha knew the vehicle inside out even though there were lots of new features on the 2015 versus the 2014. Sasha was patient and thorough. Throughout the entire purchase process, I never felt pressured or out of control. Thanks Sasha and Parkway for making a potentially stressful experience a pleasure. More
