The only complaint was that the new car took about 2 months to arrive, but Amber kept us in the loop the entire time as well as compensated us for our troubles. We will definitely be recommending parkway Honda to all our friends and family. More

Overall happy ! First started shopping online for vehicles and noticed that Parkways prices were just a tad lower than other dealerships. Then started communicating by email with Kirk Gonzales and got all the answers I needed in a timely manner. Then found a vehicle I was very interested in and called the used car department and spoke with Al Ramji. Al immediately had the facts on the car and answered my questions sufficiently enough that I jumped in the car and drove down to Parkway Honda right away. Upon arrival I was greeted nicely, introduced to Al right away and within 10 minutes of getting there I was able to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. Al answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently without being to forwardly on making a sale but just let the vehicle and it's quality speak for itself which is what I really enjoyed. We then came to an agreement within a half an hour that suited both parties and Al did " go the extra mile" with us and his manager to make both sides happy with the agreement. Like any car deal I have ever done you get home and think, man I forgot to ask about this or I wonder if that includes this? While having those thoughts I would simply email Al with my concerns and he would get back to me within the hour usually with a fair and competent answer to my concerns. Overall I would not hesitate to purchase my next vehicle from Parkway and would be sure to ask for Al Ramji again as my selection specialist. Cheers Paul Nelson More

During that time he explained everything so nicely to us in a way that my mom felt comfortable in making a decision. It was her first time buying a CRV and she was scared because she initially felt that she would not be a "suitable driver" because she drove a smaller car before. My mom now feels very comfortable driving the CRV and never felt bad about the purchase. Then beginning of this year, we went to Aim to help my dad pick out a 2015 civic. Again, Aim did a fantastic job in making my dad understand about the car and the various options he had. So, both my parents are driving a car today that was purchased with Aim's help. To be very honest, what I truly liked the most about Aim's interaction with us was that he spent time with us as long as we needed. I will HIGHLY recommend Aim to others who are helping their parents buy a car or are buying one for themselves. David, the manager, gave us a great deal on the car with no BS. We purchased the car within minutes. He didn't make us wait or dither around with "offers".
