Excellent Vehicle and Service!!! We were looking for a no-hassle purchase of a vehicle and happened to come across one that met our criteria at Parkway Honda. We were assisted by Edmond who was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He immediately offered to take us for a test drive. After testing and examining the car, we sat down with him and hashed out the history, details, and pricing of the vehicle. After a price was agreed on, we met with the Used Car Manager (Aydin) and he proceeded to push some warranty packages, which we immediately declined. I appreciated the honesty where he didn't push too hard but made a good effort in explaining the packages (their job to make some money off the warranty packages after all). Following some back-n-forth negotiations, we decided to put down the deposit. I listed some issues with the car and Edmond promised to have it taken care of and proceeded to give us a pick-up date. He was very prompt with any questions we had and responded immediately when we called or e-mailed. The vehicle was delivered exactly on the day that was promised. I have to say....I was not expecting to have such a good experience when purchasing from a dealership. We've all seen the horror stories that come with dealerships. However, I was very surprised and pleased with the purchase. At no point did we feel pressured to buy the car, which was part of the reason we decided to buy it. A few months down the road and the car is running like new. All in all a great car purchase experience from Edmond and Parkway Honda. He's an honest guy which is rare to come by these days. Edmond's really great at his job and most importantly, after meeting him, it seems like he's a really good person overall. More

We have had the pleasure to received excellent services from both individual and their support team. The negotiation process with Todor and his sale manager Mike Siomos was an incredible experience. Todor made us feel that he worked on our behalf. We was quite surprised to meet Mike before the negotiation begin. He introduced himself and thanks us for the opportunity to earn our business. At other dealers, we often get greeted by sale manager near the end of the negotiation process when a deal does not go through. We are extremely happy with our purchased vehicle with Parkway Honda and all services we received from this dealership from start to finish of the purchasing process. Rude Sale Manager - BEWARE! I was looking for deals on a Honda 2015 Odyssey and I noticed that on the Parkway Honda website there was a $5000.00 cash rebate incentive for only Ho I was looking for deals on a Honda 2015 Odyssey and I noticed that on the Parkway Honda website there was a $5000.00 cash rebate incentive for only Honda 2015 Odyssey. I had confirmed with the online chat on the website that this deal was valid. I provided my contact information to Parkway Honda. The next day I got an e-mail saying they made a mistake and that it was incorrectly advertised online and they would honour the deal. The dealership quickly corrected the problem, but I still had a screenshot of the error they posted. I sent them the information along with the price I wanted to pay for the van. After a few e-mails back and forth, they were only basing this discount on the MSRP pricing, which in my first e-mail I wanted to paid the dealer invoice price, but the deal was going to be even more expensive then getting the Honda 2015 Odyssey at another Honda dealership. Which in the end, it was not really a deal at all. Mr Harold Mark was pretty rude over the phone and not only did he say "I won't sell you a car at a loss" he made me feel as though I was at fault. Even though the dealership made the mistake on falsely advertising a discount that was not available and provided incorrect information to the general public. Mr Harold Mark, just kept insisting that MSRP is the ONLY price that he can sell me the Odyssey at with the discount and no more discount will be allowed. Given this horrible sales experience, I don't think I will ever purchase a Honda and especially at this dealership. Just be very careful of purchasing any cars here. If they can't get you to pay the MSRP pricing then the dealership won't sell you a car and tell you get lost and on top of that make you feel bad on your way out. Trying to cover your mistake by using the MSRP pricing and pretending to say you are honouring the discount and correcting the problem is just plain wrong. Stay away from this dealership if you can at all cost. More
