He was very upfront in sharing the lowest price he could offer me. With other dealers, they did come up with a good price but it took a lot of back and forth discussions to arrive at that price. With Mike, it was a straightforward and professional discussion, not wasting anyone's time. I ended up buying from another dealer - the first dealer I had talked to and had a test drive with and to be fair to him, I wanted him to have the first right of refusal. But I might have bought from Parkway, were they the first one I had met. Also, Davina (Sales Coordinator) did her best to keep us engaged while we waited for a Sales Manager to become available. Overall, the most professional dealership I have seen and would definitely recommend to everyone. More

I just finished purchasing my first new car. I can tell you I went to nearly every Honda and Acura dealership in the GTA, and even some in Pickering. In the end, I felt most comfortable with Tatjana. She showed me multiple cars, both used and new (I was deciding between both), and was never pushy or aggressive. She was patient with me until I found the car that was right for me. After purchasing the vehicle, she took the time to come in when I picked it up and literally show me all the new features. I had been driving a '99 model till now, so many of the new technologies were strange to me. Once again, she was patient in explaining everything and told me not to hesitate contacting her should I need more help. Compared to the other sales reps I dealt with, Tatjana was by far the kindest and sincerest one in the GTA. More
