I made 3 visits to Parkway Honda before making a purchase. Each time I arrived, I was greeted promptly and was able to get all my issues addressed right away. I first came to look at a 2014 Civic and Niko was super knowledgeable and friendly. Didn’t buy the Civic and saw a 2013 Mazda 3 hatch online. I next saw Michael who was also friendly and didn’t pressure me to buy. I Left and came back for a third and final time and met with Niko. Although Michael showed me the Mazda 3 first, I felt more comfortable with Niko and Michael didn’t seem to mind at all. (Strictly personal preference- nothing against Michael= great guy). The whole customer journey was seamless and transparent, Aydin was personable and transparent about pricing and vehicle availability. Sasha was professional and to the point- didn’t waste my time and applying for financing was straightforward. Toni greeted me on my second visit and was personable, friendly and helpful. I had visited two other dealerships before coming to Parkway Honda and I was considering purchasing private. I’m delighted and satisfied that I purchased here; no cognitive dissonance at all. I will be getting my servicing done here and will be purchasing my next vehicle from Niko. 10/10 would buy again. Awesome job guys! More

Amazing experience I met Mike Siomos at Parkway Honda for buying a Honda Civic and the experience was really pleasant. He was very upfront in sharing the lowest price he I met Mike Siomos at Parkway Honda for buying a Honda Civic and the experience was really pleasant. He was very upfront in sharing the lowest price he could offer me. With other dealers, they did come up with a good price but it took a lot of back and forth discussions to arrive at that price. With Mike, it was a straightforward and professional discussion, not wasting anyone's time. I ended up buying from another dealer - the first dealer I had talked to and had a test drive with and to be fair to him, I wanted him to have the first right of refusal. But I might have bought from Parkway, were they the first one I had met. Also, Davina (Sales Coordinator) did her best to keep us engaged while we waited for a Sales Manager to become available. Overall, the most professional dealership I have seen and would definitely recommend to everyone. More

Incredible customer service from Tatjana I just finished purchasing my first new car. I can tell you I went to nearly every Honda and Acura dealership in the GTA, and even some in Pickering. I just finished purchasing my first new car. I can tell you I went to nearly every Honda and Acura dealership in the GTA, and even some in Pickering. In the end, I felt most comfortable with Tatjana. She showed me multiple cars, both used and new (I was deciding between both), and was never pushy or aggressive. She was patient with me until I found the car that was right for me. After purchasing the vehicle, she took the time to come in when I picked it up and literally show me all the new features. I had been driving a '99 model till now, so many of the new technologies were strange to me. Once again, she was patient in explaining everything and told me not to hesitate contacting her should I need more help. Compared to the other sales reps I dealt with, Tatjana was by far the kindest and sincerest one in the GTA. More
