A great experience and my dream car :) I knew I needed a new car, but wasn't quite ready yet. When my car got hit and written off, I had only a few days to find a car, as it was required for work. I was introduced Tatjana Radic, who guided me from start to finish. I told her the features that I wanted and that I preferred a red car. She was quick to show me two cars, which I test drove and so she saved me time. When I considered going for the cheaper of two models and in a blue rather than a red, she encouraged me to not settle, and to go for the one I really liked. Tatjana made the numbers work for me. She patiently went back and forth to her boss, as I negotiated the price for my preferred car. Between Tatjana and her boss, I was able to drive off in a fire red honda with all the bells and whistles. Tatjana also followed up to make sure everything was fine afterwards.
