There was no inspection made from supervisor to ensure their quality of workmanship! I had to take make another appointment for them to fix their mishaps, hood was not painted well, hood was not installed their quality of workmanship! Parkway tries to provide quality customer service. Lennie is an amazing ,positive point of contact in service. My disappointment is that my car repeatedly has to be left all day for an oil change or for o is an amazing ,positive point of contact in service. My disappointment is that my car repeatedly has to be left all day for an oil change or for oil change and inspection or for installing a part that was ordered at the time of the oil change and inspection. I do go to Parkway for service of my leased car due to convenience because of proximity but I never feel confident about going there. I am passionate about Ford products.Just wish I could feel the same about the service they provide. More
