My experience was an absolute nightmare, defined by a complete lack of after-sales support and highly deceptive sales tactics. During the signing process, they added a **$4,500 extended warranty** and a **$1,500 anti-rust treatment** to the final contract without my knowledge or consent. When I asked for a clear breakdown of these costs, the salesperson flatly refused to provide the information, insisting I sign the entire document first. This blatant lack of transparency is a clear attempt to pad the final price. This dealership's approach is dishonest and will cost you extra money. Save yourself a massive headache and go elsewhere to buy your car or truck from a dealer you can trust. More
Just purchased a 2022 Lincoln Nautilus from NIK IDE sales consultant. He is the best! So friendly, easy going and relaxed. He put me at ease to make this purchase. If I could put zero stars I would. I don’t write many negative reviews but trust me and DO NOT buy anything from Parkway Ford. My wife and I bought an SUV for my daughter in April. We were told there were two keys by the sales rep Omar. After weeks of being told the second key was “in transit” from another dealership we were promised a second key. After some back and forth Omar stopped responding to my wife. We called the dealership and both Omar and the manager refused to call us back. I attended in person and the manager again refused to see me. The customer service rep apologized and told me the key would be ready next day or early the next week. After no call I attended and was told that I would need to make an appointment to have a key made and it would only take an hour. Needless to say Im already two and a half hours in and am still waiting for the key! It’s the end of July. Do yourself a favour and buy a car somewhere else. These people lie and aren’t even good at it. The goal is to frustrate you until you give up and they save $150 making you a new key. Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. More

I find it very hard to deal with a dealer who claim to take complaints seriously but never act on them. I also find their ignorance over new technology in vehicles astounding. While in for service I mentioned that my trailer brake warning came up the diagnosis was if it doesn’t come back don’t worry . Fault codes come up for very specific reasons and a trailer brake fault when towing my trailer if I was going downhill would quite likely lead to burning my brakes out or even crashing my truck and kissing my trailer good by . Don’t worry is not a good answer and I am justifiably angry over that answer. Their professionalism and customer service needs a great deal of improvement. When I tried to raise this issue with the service manager there was no reply. More
