Polite, thorough, and enthusiastic he believes so much in the BMW brand and wants to share his passion and the BMW experience with customers. Several weeks ago, I had never even driven a BMW before. I had completed a "build and price your own car" on the website and provided my name and phone number. Later, that exact same day, Nikolas called me and spoke so passionately about the BMW experience, he had convinced me to come test drive the 440 I was potentially interested in. While the car is exceptional in many ways, Nikolas is as well. At no point during the process did I feel I was being "sold" a car; rather, it felt very much like I was being welcomed into a family of people who care and want happy customers (and certainly repeat customers). Nikolas even has called me after I took possession of the car to ensure that I was completely satisfied and has offered his time in helping me get acquainted with my BMW. Top notch service and professionalism at its best!!! More

I went for a defective air bag warning and they basically said nothing we can do. Choices were to change seat or fix sensor and re-upholster the seat at a cost of $2,000.00. Sure the new facility is great, and the employees have better offices and chairs to sit on (well, so do customers) but the service is crap. You would think you're taking your car to the Authorized BMW Dea better offices and chairs to sit on (well, so do customers) but the service is crap. You would think you're taking your car to the Authorized BMW Dealer (big whoop di doo) so car will be serviced properly and that they will perform all the necessary work and diagnose the problems correctly. No sirree, you'll probably have a better understanding of what the problem is than this dealer. They didn't even put the summer tires in the correct direction and also didnt even bother to inflate them to proper PSI! Unbelievable! And dont get me started on the attitude you receive from the service department guys. Admittedly, Sales is better and very accomodating. More
