Sure the new facility is great, and the employees have better offices and chairs to sit on (well, so do customers) but the service is crap. You would think you're taking your car to the Authorized BMW Dea better offices and chairs to sit on (well, so do customers) but the service is crap. You would think you're taking your car to the Authorized BMW Dealer (big whoop di doo) so car will be serviced properly and that they will perform all the necessary work and diagnose the problems correctly. No sirree, you'll probably have a better understanding of what the problem is than this dealer. They didn't even put the summer tires in the correct direction and also didnt even bother to inflate them to proper PSI! Unbelievable! And dont get me started on the attitude you receive from the service department guys. Admittedly, Sales is better and very accomodating. More
