I have purchased 3 New & 2 Used cars there since 2003, Great Sales & Customer Service every time I am there. 2003 TDI Jetta - New 2007 Rabbit - New 2008 Jetta - New 2009 Tiguan - Used - Wreck 2003, Great Sales & Customer Service every time I am there. 2003 TDI Jetta - New 2007 Rabbit - New 2008 Jetta - New 2009 Tiguan - Used - Wrecked in an accident 2010 Tiguan - Used My most recent visit was to replace a vehicle that was destroyed in an accident. Chris was a great & friendly sales man who knew right away the vehicle they had in stock was available. Carlene helped with all questions related to financing and made it all happen without a hitch. Bobby the sales manager even came over to shake my hand and say hello, and even remembered me from previous car purchases. Then he proceeded to help by giving an amazing deal on new winter wheels & tires and warranty that I required. Stuart the service manager looked after some issues I had with the 2009 Tiguan. I am a very picky owner and it was a long process but he never lost his cool and was always there to help with a smiling face. They even gave me a new loaner car at no extra charge while my car was in for service. Jenn has been my service advisor for a long time always ready to fill me in with any info I need to know on current or future repairs or service. Both Bobby and Stuart are always just an email or phone call away and have no problem fixing any problem that may occur. I love this dealership and will continue to use them for years to come. I recommend Owasco to anyone interested in a VW or Audi. More

We purchased a used VW from this dealership and later found out they purchased it from Quebec! We were never told that! On top of it this dealership repeatedly sells used cars and sells extended warranti found out they purchased it from Quebec! We were never told that! On top of it this dealership repeatedly sells used cars and sells extended warranties along with it over and over on the same car so they can keep billing supposed warranty work to VW Canada! Rip offs. This dealership is not even a member of the BBB and there is a reason for that. When you have a complaint do not waste your time cause they do not care at all. Take your complaint to VW/Audi Canada. They are located in Ajax on Bayly St. Bottom line is all that matters to them and it shows. I would never deal with these rips offs again and do not recommend you waste your time. Jack More

Today I called Owasco to inquire about details for a pre-owned vehicle. I live approximately 2 hours away so wanted to confirm a few background details and do a full price comparison to another similar pre-owned vehicle. I spoke with Charles who proceeded to tell me he could not provide me with the status of the CarProof because he was "busy". When I asked to be passed over to another rep who might be available to help he told me they were all "busy" too and could not assist. I was shocked by the poor level of customer service provided at Owasco, especially when inquiring about a car I am interested in purchasing. Based on this as well as their poor rating at the BBB this will not be a dealership I will be doing business with. More
