Both Geoff and Mike Gervais were very helpful in getting me the car I wanted with the options I wanted at a great price. They were courteous and very professional. Both men followed through in getting me a Sirius satellite radio installed as part of the deal. I was also given a fair price on my trade in. We had a handshake on the deal within 90 minutes of me stepping onto the lot. The actual negotiations took 5 minutes to complete with both of us giving a little to arrive at a deal. Most important was the feeling of trust I got from both men. They make you feel really appreciated and truly valued as as customer. I definitely would recommend them to any person who is looking for a quality vehicle at a great price. More

This was not our first time dealing with Ottawa Dodge, as we purchased a brand new 2013 Dodge Ram pick-up truck two years ago.for my husband. This time it was my turn to get something newer than my 1998 Jimmy. I love my Ford Edge and was especially pleased with the detailing of the vehicle both inside and out.
