Unfortunately they do have dealer fees but the price offset these so it didn't matter. Lubna offered great customer service as she was friendly, answered questions accurately and promptly. I would recommend this dealership for a good deal. In terms of detailing however, I would say they could do a little better but still a great deal. More

kind and thoughtful I am a first-time buyer of a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler.  When an unanticipated delay arose in the delivery date for my new vehicle, your Sales Manager, D I am a first-time buyer of a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler.  When an unanticipated delay arose in the delivery date for my new vehicle, your Sales Manager, Decio Menezes, quickly took charge of the situation to ensure that I would not be without a vehicle while waiting for my Jeep to arrive.  Decio showed his kindness and thoughtfulness by getting me a rental vehicle for the first week, and then by lending me his own Jeep SUV for the remainder of the time.  He remained cheerful and helpful throughout my many phone calls seeking updates on when my new vehicle would arrive.   I would like to see Decio receive an award for his hard work, kindness, thoughtfulness and the excellent customer service that he provided me.
