He then had the Sales Manager Decio take care of all the details and get him to approve the deal despite the fact that the price was lower than ideal and no other Dodge dealer in Ottawa or Gatineau was able to match it. It was especially a great experience working with Jamie the Finance Manager. He is a true professional and a genuinely nice person. Despite being short staffed and having to manage a higher work load than normal, he maintained his composure and even tried to help out anybody around him, including clients waiting for help from other staff. he carefully and patiently worked with me to explain all the paperwork and ensured everything was done properly. I was really impressed with him. Ottawa Dodge was the only dealer that agreed to make that aggressive deal and did not want to turn my business away and I am thankful to them and highly recommend them. Lubna a good person to see Loved dealing with lubna. Just had to wait over 2 hours to get car. It wasnt ready att the time it was suppose to. Disappointed with that. Only one vehicle was ready but the remote start that we had bought was not installed. The truck was not ready and still in the wash bay. The LineX was not done and the tonneau cover not installed. They did provide a rental car when we had to bring the vehicles in to have them looked at (glue, very small dents, application of LineX and installation of tonneau cover). More
