5 car bought here, first real good experience It is the 5th time i bought a car at Ottawa Dodge. Not because it's the best place, but they have the best price in town, trust me i have shopped arou It is the 5th time i bought a car at Ottawa Dodge. Not because it's the best place, but they have the best price in town, trust me i have shopped around. After the last experience in November turn out to be a real horror show with the totaly non-friendly and very rude Mike Gervais, i promise myself i would never put a foot back in that place. Herby, the sales guys, called me and we had a good discussion over the phone. Finally decided to go back and see what they had to offer. Turn out the change in some staff member did a good job to this place. Very friendly and understanding of our needs, Herby and Decio(sales manager) worked out to find us the car we wanted. 4 days and the new car is in our driveway. If it wasn't for Herby and Decio, i would have never bought a car there again. Great job, great human sense, will be back for the new one in 3 years! More

The only thing that was missing were my Bluetooth head phones set for the DVD player we're missing. I still have yet to receive them. My review regarding Decio was all over and unorganized. My review regarding Joe at first was very nice but when it came time to picking up our new vehicle was rude and errigant. This message is regarding Decio and Joe. - we were told the plates would be taken care of by the dealership which they were but not realizing that the plates from the vehicle I had traded where the plates that they were using were used..As the vehicle was plated Quebec and no longer in my name the day the journey was ready I was not able to receive a SAAQ permit plate. with no being provided with this information I was not able to pick up my new vehicle. So the next morning I had driven in the vehicle that was no longer in my name as I had no other way of getting into Ottawa to pick up my new vehicle nor get to work. I drove the avenger into the dealership plated as a journey but plated to my avenger. My cosigner then commented that the fact that we had someone drive us in to pick up our new vehicle after work (8:39pm) that he had not ate .. Joe then proceeded to stated neither did he. This is a customer service oriented business. I too work in a customer service oriented business, I would never state or compare my situation to a customer and I deal with customers that make considerably less amount purchases. More
