Great bunch to work with 🙂 I visited the used car side of this dealership. My salesman was Dilshan. He greeted me and was very friendly. It wasn't a fit for me. He showed me a couple others that were not a fit for me either. Dilshan then went to his Manager Mike to see what else they might have available after I explained I had had an accident with my car and funds to replace my car were very limited. Mike & Dilshan showed me this 2012 Jeep Patrit which I could not believe was going to be in my price range. Mike said to take it for a drive. If I liked it. He would make it work. These two guys went above and beyond and for that I thank them both and am very grateful. I picked up my new to me Jeep today August 11th, 2017. If you are looking for a used vehicle in the Ottawa area. You must give these guys a visit. Thanks again Dilshan & Mike for all you guys did. I love the Jeep 🙂 More

Jenna was Great Started interactions with Jenna through some emails. She was great. helped me go over many options and eventually narrowed it down to the winner. She was great in the whole process of start to finish. Only person who rubbed me the wrong way was Joe. Was very pushy for adding extras to my already fairly high bill. Made me second guess my purchase. Ended up sticking with my gut and went through with my purchase. He also called me to follow up with some information on payment, We settled those details, however when I picked up my truck I was only given one key. I asked him if there was a second key he said right away without any actual inquiry "No only the one, on trades sometimes there's only one, we dont have a second one for you. If you want though you can come in and get another one made, will be about 350$". You would think after spending 32+K on a vehicle that they would be able to make a second key let alone look or inquire for the second key. After being very discouraged with my service and interaction again with Joe, I hung up and emailed Jenna. Jenna replied promptly and said she would take a look. a day or two later she relied saying she had a second key. Like I said Jenna was phenomenal, start to finish and even beyond the purchase of the vehicle to aid me with my inquiry and also to follow up and make sure I was satisfied with my truck. Definitely recommend Jenna to anyone who goes in there, I would only be hesitant to go back to Ottawa dodge as I wouldn't want to deal with Joe again. More

Worst customer service i have ever seen Car sent for body repairs as per purchase agreement. Brought car to the dealer on monday morning and was told i would get back on tuesday. Tuesday was Car sent for body repairs as per purchase agreement. Brought car to the dealer on monday morning and was told i would get back on tuesday. Tuesday was told it would not be back until wednesday morning. Well wednesday morning came no call from them. I waited till approx 1200 and called. Could not get anyone on the phone. Left several voice messages. No response.At aprrox 1pm i called again and again all i got was voice mail.I then called the body shop personally and was told the car was returned to the dealer that morning. Yet no one called me. I then went to the dealer where we found my car parked there. Waited almost 40 min. no one came out to talk with me. We spotted my salesperson on the lot and explained to her what was happening. I told i expect then to pay my daughter for her gas as she had to come pick me up to take me to the dealer.I also asked for a free oil change as compensation for all of the delays and lousy customer service.She said i will fo check but never came back.Instead mike gervais came out and asked if i was satisfied with the repair to the door. I told i was but was not very happy with the customer service and explained to him that because of them dropping the ball i had to cancel a Drs apptmt i had that afternoon,I again asked for compensation and he replied he does not give compensation.I asked why was i not called emmiediatly that morning when the car was returned as promised by jenna my salesperson.He would not answer me and said the repairs are done and were thru.I told obviously he only cares about the sale but after sales service and did not seem to care.He told hes had enough and headed for the front door of the dealership. He the turned and yellled back to me "your welcome for the great deal" My daughter and i left and she followed me back to her house which is about a block from the dealer.When we arrive at her house her husband noticed that my car had dent now on the passseger side near the trunk. This im positive happened when the car was in the care of the dealer. I have not called them as i refuse to now deal with this dealership anymore. My mopar warrranty i will use southband dodge instead. I have no longer have any respect for this dealership and now have a car with another dent in it because of them. More
