Great buying experience! Living in Nunavut, a place with not many options, I was told to check out the Ottawa Dodge dealership from a friend of mine who had previously purchas Living in Nunavut, a place with not many options, I was told to check out the Ottawa Dodge dealership from a friend of mine who had previously purchased a truck from there. I did some online shopping and then was shortly connected with Dee Murphy. Considering I could never enter the dealership, she still made the experience quick and enjoyable. Dee always kept in contact with me every step of the way, which was greatly appreciated as I would have had no idea. It was a long process, only due to shipping to a remote area, but after a long 3 months I was over the moon to finally see the vehicle! It was in immaculate condition with lots of information inside. At last, I can enjoy my vehicle! And when the time comes to go back South I will definitely deal with Ottawa Dodge again! :) More

It was decent The service was really good however there was a few things I asked for to have added as accessories that were not the right brand or located in the ri The service was really good however there was a few things I asked for to have added as accessories that were not the right brand or located in the right spots and mud flaps were taken off but never replaced. Dealers did not make me aware of certain things until I asked about them. In my opinion if you want a returning customer then better to be honest about everything from the get go. More

Terrible experience I came in for an update as regards my transmission; Staff member told me it would take 30-45 minutes and its being covered under warranty. Dropped off I came in for an update as regards my transmission; Staff member told me it would take 30-45 minutes and its being covered under warranty. Dropped off my car on the scheduled day and i was told it was gonna take few hours which i didnt mind. I asked to be contacted if i was gonna incur any charge and i dropped of my number. On coming back for my car i was charged to my greatest surprise and no one contacted me and I was told my car would not be released if i didnt pay what was due. I paid the amount due and called the following day to put in a complaint, I was told by the rep that picked that nothing could be done and i should try identify who attended to earlier. Awful customer experience. What hurts more is that my car came out worst than how it went in More
