Winter Tire Nightmare In Oct 2016 I traded my Dodge Caliber in for a Volkswagen Golf through this dealership. Winter tires were included in my price. I did not pick them up In Oct 2016 I traded my Dodge Caliber in for a Volkswagen Golf through this dealership. Winter tires were included in my price. I did not pick them up that years as I was incredibly busy. My all-season tires did just fine. I filled out an online service request to pick up my tires and have them put on. I made sure to explain how I didn’t pick them up. They accepted the appointment and called to confirm it a few days later as well. I showed up, left my vehicle and received calls about how they didn’t have them. I went back and spoke with Michael Gervais who told me if I had picked up the tires in 2016 they would have been beside him but since I didn’t that they were buried in a bin somewhere. I explained that I had told them all this ahead of time to avoid this issue. He told me he would call me when he had them. Two and a half weeks went by and he did not call. On Friday Nov 24th I left a voicemail telling him I was giving him until Tuesday the 28th to provide me my tires. He left me a voicemail saying he had my tires and he would see me Tuesday. I was unable to pick them up last night so I called to let them know I would be by tonight, the 29th. The parts department said that I picked up my tires the day of my first appointment. I said no. They spoke with someone else and said my tires were not there. I explained that Mie Gervais said they were. They said again that they were not there. They transferred me to a manager Rhonda who listened to me and said she would call me back. Instead Mike Gervais called me back and was even more rude than last time. He told me it was my fault for not coming to get them last year and not showing up last night. He said to me “are you okay?? Because you’re making up all this stuff in your head”. As if I was lying and mentally or physically unwell. I told him I wanted to speak to the other woman, Rhonda, and he kept refusing. He said well she isn’t here and wouldn’t transfer me. Eventually he hung up on me. I called back and told Rhonda I just wanted my tires and when I pick them up I don’t want to see or speak with Mike. I am grabbing them tomorrow and I hope I can walk out of there and never look back. Do not go there ever. They do not care about their customers. More
