BEST car buying experience EVER! I had the BEST experience buying my new Jeep Cherokee. As a young female whom went by herself to the dealership - I was nervous that I would be taken I had the BEST experience buying my new Jeep Cherokee. When I met Jenna, I instantly felt relief - she was polite, kind, and professional. She understood and respected that I had a budget that I wanted to stick within. After looking at one vehicle and not loving it - Jenna made a recommendation but first made sure that the vehicle would fit inside my budget. After the test drive - I knew I was in love. Mike and Jenna were able to work in winter tires for me which then had me sold on my new Jeep.
