Once money in hand lies started popping out of Mike's mouth. It was a terrible experience I was with Brother and wife from 9 hours away. Was told certain things would be done on car but when they went to pick up car Mike who is responsible for this started back pedaling and talking to us like we were dirt. My brother just put out 14K plus and to be talked to the way he was was disgusting. Will never ever shop there and will definitely share experience to let others know how this dealership operates...BIG THUMBS DOWN.... Alos not one person knew what was supposed to be done too many people with hands in pot and no one knows what is going on. Had to go thru 4 people and none knew what was said to other. More

2 years later I purchased my car 2 years ago now. I was very proud to have a new car. They asked me to come on here and write a review. Because Delshan was so good I purchased my car 2 years ago now. I was very proud to have a new car. They asked me to come on here and write a review. Because Delshan was so good with meeting our needs I came on here and gave him a good review. Now 2 years later I have nothing but bad experience with this place. 4 months after purchasing my car I lost all drive power. I had to call caa to flat bed the car. From there on I've had to bring my car in every 6 months for repairs that is covered under warranty but they try to charge me for. Now the last time I bring it in because ticking in the transmission and they tell me it's spark plugs. I say fix it then and I'll pay it. They change my plugs and say nevermind it was the transmission and try to charge me again. After I notify them that they changed it 6 months ago they decide to do it. Now I just brought it in for noise when turning , I pay for inspection and they tell me it's the intermediate shaft and say that will do it. They report says they couldn't find the problem and seen it was worn so they just changed that. It did nothing and now I still have the same problem. Every time I bring my car here I have to rent my own car so I can keep working. They do not fix what needs to be fixed and it makes me come back costing me more. After 2 years of none stop problems with no proper repairs, trying to charge me what is covered under warranty, repairing things that are not broken and charging me. I would never refer this place to anyone. Anything is better then this. Delshan was a good sales man but that's where the good ended. More

I'd wanted a Jeep for a while, so it wasn't a spontaneous purchase, but I was definitely a spontaneous customer. Now I've just bought my first Jeep and am the happiest person every! Although I was buying a used vehicle, I was treated as though I'd bought a top luxury car and the only customer that mattered. The staff were quick, helpful, and great at getting things set up to work for me. I felt in control, unpressured, and as though I could have walked away without purchasing a thing and still have been greeted just as warmly. My young monkey on the top of the Jeep, and my bigger monkey, were treated with hot chocolate and an iPad to play on, so the wait was like play-time for them. From start to finish, Allan made the process smooth and fun. I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone. More
