sold an accident free Jeep with an accident Bought a 2014 Jeep Srt that I had been very clear that I wanted a car with no accidents and/or collisions. Once the Jeep arrived I took it to a garage Bought a 2014 Jeep Srt that I had been very clear that I wanted a car with no accidents and/or collisions. Once the Jeep arrived I took it to a garage for inspection and within an hour the garage called saying they were positive there had been a front end collision of some sort. When I called the manager he told me it was just a sidewalk bump and that I was overreacting since I required a separate garage inspection to finalize the deal. He promised to provide the carproof upon return with the vehicle. I went to the garage I used and they showed me the obvious signs suspension work lower control arms and shocks had been adjusted to the max. Clips and covers damaged or out of place. Wheel well cover not straight. Once I arrived back at Ottawa Dodge the manager then told me their was a 2000$ insurance claim on the front end. My deposit was refunded but I never found out what was the cause and I lost another purchase opportunity because they probably never checked the carproof. More

Positive experience I was personally impressed with the treatment I received at Ottawa Chrysler Dodge. I generally don’t darken the door of new car dealers because I rare I was personally impressed with the treatment I received at Ottawa Chrysler Dodge. I generally don’t darken the door of new car dealers because I rarely buy new, and don’t like the general sliminess of sales departments and the ridiculous shop rates of service departments. Ottawa Chrysler Dodge was a refreshing and different experience, although I haven’t yet used the service department. Negotiations were friendly, and everyone involved in the sale was attentive and helpful. On top of all that, I’m pleased with the deal we got. If you are looking for a vehicle from FCA, I doubt you can do better in Ottawa than Ottawa Chrysler Dodge. More

I was in and out of the dealership from the moment I stepped in until I was put through to financing within less than 2 hours. Breana was very friendly and professional and made purchasing a vehicle as easy as possible. Dilshan was very professional, answered any questions I had and made the experience very enjoyable.
