But while inspecting the vehicle the front brakes had to be replaced + several other important mechanical parts such as pinion seals & servicing of the differentials. The recommendations & the work done by the team of mechanics were most important because I had no way of knowing what could have become a safety issue while driving. Furthermore, the valet service offered by Ottawa Dodge, the diligent calls from the Service Dept. & the very relaxing newly renovated customer waiting room entices clients to return. *Paying the bill is alleviated by the friendly staff & atmosphere. On saturday morning, may 29th, i packed up our 2014 jeep cherokee trailhawk (purchased at your dealership in Jan 2014) for a weekend at the cottage wi On saturday morning, may 29th, i packed up our 2014 jeep cherokee trailhawk (purchased at your dealership in Jan 2014) for a weekend at the cottage with our daughter and 4 month old granddaughter. when i pressed the fob to close the rear hatch it closed but would not lock. i drove to the dealership and was explained by situation to Byron. Initially he told me it might be a few hours to get it serviced since it was a busy saturday. i explained that my daughter and young granddaughter were already on the road but that i would get my wife to pick me up and we would leave the jeep behind. we could not take my wife's car because the cottage road is too rough (it is a fiat 500c). Byron understood our situation and went into the back and convinced one of the off duty mechanics who was working on his own car to take a look at ours. while they could not fix it they were able to get it to latch shut and byron ordered a replacement. His compassion and initiative save our weekend and allowed us to enjoy it with our daughter and granddaughter. He is an excellent representative of your company, has the perfect personality for customer service and goes the extra mile to help clients fix their problems. thanks byron. More
