Byrin Websteer went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied I have a Wrangler with 19,000 km but it unfortunately stayed for three years in storage so there was a lot of work requried on the suspension and rela I have a Wrangler with 19,000 km but it unfortunately stayed for three years in storage so there was a lot of work requried on the suspension and related functions. So the bill was high but Byrin explained it to me prefectly and I was pleased to be both driven home and picked up as well as being called to be told what was needed. Byron also made sure my jeep was well cleaned. All in all a very good experience which made me accept more easily the pain of a heavy bill - but reasonable given the damage made in storage. More

From the quick reply on a Sunday to my email, to the personalized and no-pressure first meeting and test drive, our experience at Ottawa Dodge was fantastic. Blake did his job of salesman without making me feel like I needed shower when we were done negotiating. The deal was all above board and transparent, and we all left happy. Jamie the finance guy bent over backwards to help accommodate our needs. He kept in contact with me even on his days off, and made sure our vehicle was ready when we needed it, even through the paving/construction issues that the dealership had to consider. It was so nice to receive such personal and attentive service - I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat. More

Is this 2015 or 1015? -They did not know where the keys are, to any car. I can understand when it happen occasionally, but all cars??? -They never got me a quote on a car because "it is not in my budget". Who are you to decide my budget? Are you guys for real? That was a very long experience there. just summarized it for the next person who consider going there. Please do not give them your business. If this is the way they attract customers, can't even imagine bringing a car for service. More

A nice "Journey" I came in knowing what I wanted and what I wanted to pay.
