Shipping was a nightmare, but the dealership was great I shopped around all over Ottawa to find my Jeep. I walked into Ottawa Chrysler Dodge Jeep and finally someone was able to cut the xxxxxxxx and just t I shopped around all over Ottawa to find my Jeep. I walked into Ottawa Chrysler Dodge Jeep and finally someone was able to cut the xxxxxxxx and just tell me what they could do for what I had calculated that is wanted to spend. Once I was happy with the deal we signed and put a factory order in for a personalized Jeep. The factory quoted 8-12 weeks. It ended up taking 16. Which was a huge bummer. Half the summer was gone. But there was nothing to be done about it. My only advice is to order early. Feb or March. The dealership was as accommodating as possible. Have me free Tint and floor mats, on my already great deal. Once the Jeep was finally in everything was smooth sailing. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The people were helpful and I got a great deal. I had some pretty bad experiences with other dealerships. Particularly Dilawri on Hunt Club. The sales manager was obnoxious. I walked out and refused to shake his hand. If you want to avoid that kind of situation, go to Ottawa Jeep on St Laurent. More
