Lovely I am not a car person. so needing a new car I reviewed Consumer Reports and had settled on a Civic Sedan. I contacted the dealership to advise I would like to schedule a test drive for later on this Sunday. I immediately got an email from Murray Campbell the Manager asking to reschedule on the Monday. There was a storm on Monday and I came down with a flu. So I contacted Mr. Campbell on the Friday to ask if he had any Honda Clarity available. (An engineer friend had recommended it). He did and referred me to Mr. James Savoie who is their expert on this model. My engineer friend, James and I went for the test drive and he answered every technical question my expert threw at him. I bought the car on the spot. It was ready by next Tuesday. A painless, seamless and pleasant transaction. I would recommend this dealership as being courteous and efficient and Mr. James Savoie as being competent and helpful at all times. And I am very happy with the car nicknamed the 'spaceship' and the green plates. Denise B. More

As a woman, I trust this dealership, which certified that car as it was checked by one of the ottawa Honda mechanic. Next morning, I found that the driver one side is smashed (side airbag). Now, they order part for it, but the fix will be done by third party company. Why? The answer from the manager, "they do better job then Honda service on this dealership". I got second opinion from another dealership, who can do it on site. Question, should I trust this dealership again or not?! Probably, not More

I don't mind if he could have come back saying he can't in a professional friendly way. However, his reply was very rude. " We can't beat that" Communication was through the email. " Thankfully " I think the Sales Rep simply didn't want to do business. I think the reviews I already saw were correct. was my bad to contact this dealer after the reviews from other customers. More
Won't be back for sevicing 2nd visit for just an oil change. It's been over an hour and 15 minutes (still counting) since my scheduled appointment and car still isn't ready. Might buy a Toyota again next time just for Tony Graham servicing. These guys should go there and take notes. Will try another dealership next time for servicing. Too bad since this one is conveniently located for me; however, I'm too insulted by this wait. More
