I had researched my car beforehand and come in with a worksheet with what I felt was a reasonable price, and James willingly worked with this and we quickly agreed on a final price. I also got a very good trade-in value for my previous car. At no time did I feel I was being upsold with things I didn't need, or encouraged to pay more than I reasonably should. Since the car was in stock, it was ready in 3 days and meticulously prepared. As with my first two Hondas, I will have all my servicing done here. The service staff are friendly, efficient, and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. They never try to push servicing that isn't needed, and what is done is done right the first time, and at least on time if not better. More

The technical work has always been done correctly, the first time. I am very particular about keeping the interior clean. The van always comes back as clean as it went in. The van itself, combined with Ottawa Honda service, make this the best car I have ever owned. When I need a new Odyssey, I will get it from Ottawa Honda. More

This past week I had a check transmission warning with my Pilot, dropped in without an appointment and John managed to get my vehicle in and had it fixed the same day. This is the level of service that keeps me coming back even for simple oil changes. They never upsell unnecessary services and are always there to make things right. It is also the reason I bought a second Honda from this dealership, I highly doubt you will find any better service. Also, keep in mind I drive 30 minutes to Ottawa Honda and drive past another Honda dealer that is 5 minutes from my house - they are really that good. More
