Elie, continued to work with us in a professional and reassuring manner. While I had done extensive research on the vehicle and costing, he patiently answered any and all additional questions and working with use to put a proposal together for both the car and trade. Today he did a great run-through of the workings of the vehicle and made himself available for any future questions. While dealing with yourself, you were professional, without playing the all too typical hard nosed approach. You gave us the impression that your really wanted our business and were prepared to get a fair deal done. Finally and not least there was Joseph. Our experience with dealing with people in this role has never been positive, that is until now. Joseph, calmly explained various options to us and never once made us feel pressured one way or another. While I had already factored in doing rust prevention into my projections, I really had no intention of doing the extended warranty. Due to our positive experience thus far with everyone, I was more open to listened to this option than previously and ultimately decided to extend our warranty. Satisfying purchase of a new Honda Accord In early May, I completed the purchase of my 3rd Honda at Ottawa Honda, a 2016 Honda Accord Touring CVT, and I was very pleased with how I was treated In early May, I completed the purchase of my 3rd Honda at Ottawa Honda, a 2016 Honda Accord Touring CVT, and I was very pleased with how I was treated, especially by my salesperson James, as well as Murray and Joseph. I had researched my car beforehand and come in with a worksheet with what I felt was a reasonable price, and James willingly worked with this and we quickly agreed on a final price. I also got a very good trade-in value for my previous car. At no time did I feel I was being upsold with things I didn't need, or encouraged to pay more than I reasonably should. Since the car was in stock, it was ready in 3 days and meticulously prepared. As with my first two Hondas, I will have all my servicing done here. The service staff are friendly, efficient, and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. They never try to push servicing that isn't needed, and what is done is done right the first time, and at least on time if not better. More

I do all the routine maintenance myself, but I return to Ottawa Honda for everything else. Their service advisors are friendly and patient. The technical work has always been done correctly, the first time. I am very particular about keeping the interior clean. The van always comes back as clean as it went in. The van itself, combined with Ottawa Honda service, make this the best car I have ever owned. When I need a new Odyssey, I will get it from Ottawa Honda. More
