They explain everything in terms I can understand (since I am not a mechanic!!) and always work with me to provide me the best deals possible. I am now looking to purchase another Honda, a CRV and I will be going to Orleans Honda and will continue to have it serviced there. Thank you guys for all your hard work all the time!!! More

Wasted 4 hours for nothing While in the process of leasing a new 2017 Honda CRV. I emailed different dealers asking for the best offer they have before having any appointment. I got the answer I want from some while some insisted on coming first to discuss. Orleans Honda was one of those asking to come. However, from those who sent me an offer they have. I chose the best of them and emailed it back to those who asked me to come with no offer. Asked them one simple question "Could you please let me know if you could beat this offer?" Some didn't reply. Some replied back saying no to save my time. However, Orleans Honda replied back after seeing the offer asking me to come and they will their best to give me a better offer. I agreed to have an appoitment being that they already saw the offer I have from the other dealer. And a sales manager "Liah" left me a voice message to confirm the appoitment. I arrived on time coming from Kanata to Orleans "3 hours by buses". And when told the recipient and a sales rep that I have an appoitment with Liah the sales Manager. They both pointed at a room saying she is inside and the sales rep went actually to let her know. He came back alone saying that he will deal with me instead without telling me the reason why she hasn't come to see me as scheduled. The Sales Rep was the only good thing happened to me during this bad experience. He asked me what I'm looking for and the history from the beginning. I showed him everything again and the offer I got. He had to take the offer to the manager inside the meeting where she is and came after some time to tell me the manager is saying she can't give me a better deal and to ahead with the offer I have from the other dealer. What makes me disappointed is if the manager knew already she can't beat the offer , why I was still asked to come. As well, I find it disrespectful that although I should have met the manager as per the email and the voice message and she is There, she didn't even cost herself to come out and apologize for not being able to meet me. Other than John whom I thank a lot and appreciate his trying to help. Everything else was extremely disappointing and waste of my time. For 3 hours coming from where I work and then 1 hour going back home "I HAD a 20 mins meeting to be told something that could be done over the email" More

Pressed for time as i was returning to work back to alberta.Jaime came thru on time with days to spare, finding me a jeep that i was completely satisfied with. Very pleased with the great deal. Aly also moved up the delivery of my Odyssey so I could pick up my kids from camp with the new wheels!! Overall a no pressure, relaxed atmosphere and I would specifically like the thank Aly who was personally putting the new plates on my car so I could get to work on time. More
New 2018 Odyssey Just bought my new 2018 Honda Odyssey and I am just thrilled. The people I dealt with were absolutely first rate ( Mindy, Brenda and Leah). I was very impressed with how helpful everyone was, Mindy and Brenda made the buying experience seamless and I was very impressed with the new car orientation given by Leah). The only exception to a near perfect experience was the low ball offer for my car, I almost walked out on the spot. Honda knew and I knew what my car was worth but still low balled me. If not for Mindy and the sales manager using common sense, this deal would not have happened. Kudos to Mindy. I hope the ongoing service experience is as good as the buying, if so, you will have one very satisfied customer. More
Horrible Service & Management Team Where should I begin. I been a Honda customer for 7 plus years and have went to numerous Honda dealerships and by far this would be the worst experie Where should I begin. I been a Honda customer for 7 plus years and have went to numerous Honda dealerships and by far this would be the worst experience we have had with a Honda Dealership. Worst customer service from service manager Harry. He was rude and did not know how to manage properly. Could not explain the process properly that Honda has to take in order to have your service covered by warranty. We had to return back twice for the same issue and finally Hugo and the GM Dimos explained the reason why. This could of all been avoided if Harry had taken time out to properly follow company procedures. Our car was at the dealership for a period of 3 days when we picked our car we noticed a dent on the driver side of the door which was not there before. We communicated to Bill who is the Operations manager and he came back with a generic response saying we have a policy in place when things like this happens and our employees know to let management know. This was not the case, the dent happened at their dealership and they would not take responsibility. Dimos the General Manager was rude and disrespectful when handling escalated situations. At one point he said " I am sick and tired of this accusations and have no time for it" This is not a proper way you handle a situation like this specially being a General Manager. We will NEVER take out service here or Civic Motors as it is the same owner. Horrible service. Huge headaches. Dent is still there and no resolution and Dimos has ignored our calls and messages.. I would recommend any other Honda Dealership then this location. Save your money and time. I have submitted a complaint to Honda Head Office and Better Business Bureau and waiting on resolution. More

She helped us get the best deal since we were already shopping through different dealerships and we were very pleased with the price we got. We would recommend anyone looking for a Honda to at least to go and see them. Also the new Honda models have improved. We leased the CR-V which is an excellent vehicle as we are very pleased with it so far. It comes with a new 1.5L turbo engine which produces 190HP which is impressive and it is very good on gas. Give them a shot if you are planning on shopping cars. Regards, Michel More
Dishonesty and bad service I took my son's Honda civic for an alignment job at this dealership sevice department,The staff greeted us well,but here is the problem. they told us I took my son's Honda civic for an alignment job at this dealership sevice department,The staff greeted us well,but here is the problem. they told us that this job cost a total of $580,and we accepted and signed the work order,then in two days My son called to inquire about it and they said it is ready,i drove my son to pick it up,On Thursday,the service advisor told us that the problem is not completely fixed and they have us pay $ 423 and to leave the car for further repair and they said that it would cost another $ 850 plus tax,and the problem would be completely fixed,we accepted their explanation ,then they said that it would be ready by Friday,( the second day ) we called on Friday and they said that it would be ready by Monday 10:00 am,my son and I went there and they asked me to pay the bill,then before I paid the bill,I asked the service advisor ( peter ) if the problem was completely fixed and he said and I quote ( NO,you need to pay the bill first and will explain) I refused to pay the bill before getting the explanation,by which he said to me that there will be more parts to buy and instal,which is the third time they do that,I told him that was not acceptable,and he apologized for not being able to know the exact cause as they were doing those works based on trial and error,!!!!! I refused to pay the bill based on his explanation and apology,then he offered to deduct 20 % of it ,by which I accepted because I did not have the time to stay there in order to go to work, Finally,it is very unfortunate that this new dealership on mer blue is conducting a sevice business that is uninformed,dishonest and having incompetent mechanics who do not know enough to serve their customers,It cost me a total of $ 1086 and the problem is not fixed at all, who needs to throw money and wast it like that on unfortunately incompetent staff and uninformed "advisors" . I hope my experience would be a lesson to other customers not to fall in the same trap of this dealership. More
