We shopped around and test drove the Nissan Rogue and Rav 4 for comparison. While these models all have positives and would meet our needs, it was Tony's salesmanship, the Orleans Honda Team approach and quality of service that secured our purchase. We know as we learn the technology of our new CRV that Tony and team will be there to support us. They didn't try to up sell additional items once the deal was made. We had a price and Tony helped us get it. The vehicle was immaculate when we picked it up with 5 Kms on the odometer and a bonus full tank of gas. Getting the veterans plate was a process, and Orleans Honda was very understanding as we uncovered new nuances. Thank you Tony and the Orleans Honda Team for helping us get that 65th birthday present. More

They then lied to each other to cover their butts and then chose to toss the deal over $449 overcharge instead of removing it. Went in for my 500 dollar deposit refund and the director says he will take it off now even though Jamie the sales manager told us to take a hike if we don't want their anti theft package. They will expect you to have explicit proof so I recommend recording everything and taking photos of all documents as they are prepared because without it you're either screwed or left without a car. Spoke to a friend about my experience and she said she would never go back because her husband was yelled at by the service manager and also called a liar to his face. Should have spoke to them before going. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Orleans Honda!! -Would like to add that I was told by the director that they sell 120 cars a month and they have never had an issue before. I've read many online reviews that say otherwise. I guess he wanted me to feel embarrassed for speaking up. More

I have brought my car in for usual work such as oil changes, however, I have also had to bring it in for other things such as a flat tire. What started as a stressful situation turned into a huge relief when Mike assured me that it would be fixed that day, and went above and beyond to have me back driving my car as soon as possible. Every time I've been there since, I'm never worried about taking my car in, as I know my car and myself will be served by the best. Wasted 4 hours for nothing While in the process of leasing a new 2017 Honda CRV. I emailed different dealers asking for the best offer they have before having any appointment. I got the answer I want from some while some insisted on coming first to discuss. Orleans Honda was one of those asking to come. However, from those who sent me an offer they have. I chose the best of them and emailed it back to those who asked me to come with no offer. Asked them one simple question "Could you please let me know if you could beat this offer?" Some didn't reply. Some replied back saying no to save my time. However, Orleans Honda replied back after seeing the offer asking me to come and they will their best to give me a better offer. I agreed to have an appoitment being that they already saw the offer I have from the other dealer. And a sales manager "Liah" left me a voice message to confirm the appoitment. I arrived on time coming from Kanata to Orleans "3 hours by buses". And when told the recipient and a sales rep that I have an appoitment with Liah the sales Manager. They both pointed at a room saying she is inside and the sales rep went actually to let her know. He came back alone saying that he will deal with me instead without telling me the reason why she hasn't come to see me as scheduled. The Sales Rep was the only good thing happened to me during this bad experience. He asked me what I'm looking for and the history from the beginning. I showed him everything again and the offer I got. He had to take the offer to the manager inside the meeting where she is and came after some time to tell me the manager is saying she can't give me a better deal and to ahead with the offer I have from the other dealer. What makes me disappointed is if the manager knew already she can't beat the offer , why I was still asked to come. As well, I find it disrespectful that although I should have met the manager as per the email and the voice message and she is There, she didn't even cost herself to come out and apologize for not being able to meet me. Other than John whom I thank a lot and appreciate his trying to help. Everything else was extremely disappointing and waste of my time.
