I chatted with a couple of employees on the site's "Live chat" and they were able to connect me with the appropriate person. From that moment on, I received the very best of service. Freght and pre-delivery is include in 2000$ and you try to charge me an extra 1700$ ! I decide to not buy the car at your dealer you lost a sale with me for this reason !

The manager valiantly tried to justify but as indicated to him, we have previously paid for diagnostic but never ever double the amount plus major fees for minor repairs.. still surprising from a major dealership the attitude and disregard towards customer. No attempt to recognize high fees. Very disappointed.
