If you plan on doing so I HIGHLY suggest you do a thorough check and get a couple expert opinions. They WILL find issues. and a lot. I was sold a vehicle with BLACK filters, No extra fuses, A PLUG IN the tires (that is a TEMPORARY REPAIR ,.,.despite Dodge saying it is not temporary ...and that it is safe) heated seats/wheel stopped working 1 month in -WHOLE module needs to be replaced (this isn't their problem..when brought up 3 months during a recall) Back up camera is now cutting out and needs to be replaced. Spoke to their customer relations expert who told me nothing they can do and everything I mentioned isn't something they need to check before selling a used vehicle. So keep in mind.. aside from the BASIC of safety standards.. they check NOTHING else. Search elsewhere... Never had an issue with used vehicles until shopping here. Dodge service station in Kanata is Fantastic and has helped me clean up most of their mess - Even remarking on how terrible of a job Dodge Orleans did. Suggested I call them - when I followed their advise I was treated as though I was stupid for questioning. More

It will be a long time before I ever consider another dodge Chrysler product given the experience encountered. More

I bought a 2012 Ford Escape and Bob made sure that the car was in impeccable condition before I left the lot. If I lived closer I would come back to this dealership to buy cars there in the future. The car itself was in great shape, the dealership took care of the ownership, detailing etc with ease (which made my car buying very simple). I am fairly picky when it comes to buying vehicles and Bob was very patient throughout the process. Service centre worst customer service experience of my life. I called here to get some information for a rust warranty for my car, and figure out how to use it. The service center is very rude and not helpful at all. They talked to me on the phone and passed me off 4 or 5 times to different guys. Finally they asked me to come in at 8am to talk to the manager Guy Rouchelle. I re-arranged my day to come in the next morning. When I went in I started explaining my issue when the manager, Guy, interrupted me 1 minute into my explanation and said "We don't do that here I can't help you at all" and showed me the door. He couldn't even give me 5 minutes of his time when I went out of my way to come to the shop early before work. He did not give me any alternative solutions or help on what my next steps should be. I could not believe how rude he was. Very upset I was told my a friend to call Capital Dodge. The manager Ryan spoke with me on the phone for 30 minutes and completely fixed my problem no charge and was very nice and helpful! Ryan actually apologized to me on behalf of Dodge for my horrible experience at Orleans and was shocked at the way I was treated. Dodge Orleans does not care about their customers and are very rude, dismissive and condescending. I HOPE I will never have to deal with this place ever again! More

Bad customer service I have had a few things wrong with my dodge caravan in the past and I always have the issue of dodge not taking appointments. Well I have small children and no babysitters during the week and they will not shuttle them and I work different hrs so drop off does not work for me. This time I called to try and make an appointment and the same issue, But this time they told me the have a drop in on Saturdays, so I went in today (Saturday) and they told me they couldn't take me. I have had my airbag light for over a week now and am worried it would go off, the guy at the service centre told me it's the opposite, that probably none of my airbags would be working and I would have to wait and drop off. So me and 1 yo walked away. I personally think that's bad customer service to let a customer leave with a potential risk to their safety. More
