Salesman Arly is genuinely caring and easy goin' and helps you narrow down what you want and what they have. He was my primary contact. One morn, he even picked me up in his own vehicle to come down to Applewood for a test drive, and while waiting for delivery of my new vehicle, he set up a loaner car so I could get to work&back. Sales Mangers Alex&George were awesome too... Alex helped me make the final decision on trim level, George sweetened the deal with a couple generous incentives. Did final deal with General Manager Jake who's the man! Aaron the Financial Services Manager negotiated well with the banks to get me approved at the best rate. The on-site Auto Insurance reps on-site were awesome too. I even briefly chatted with the Service Manager(plus 2 other members of that department), 3 lot personnel, and the receptionist over the course of the whole process..... all nice people! I recommend the Original Applewood, they earned my business. :) More

I have had a 10/10 experience with the purchase of my new car, and the process was stress free, pressure free, informative and so pleasant. This is very different from other dealerships I have dealt with, so thank you! The consultants took my needs into consideration and connected me with a car that suited me to a T. From that point on I was helped every step of the way and knew I could trust the team helping me. The honesty was evident and that's huge! I will be back when it's time to upgrade again. Very unprofessional It's twice now that I get told by them that I was approved and everything is fine just come down and see your car last time 30 mins before I leave my It's twice now that I get told by them that I was approved and everything is fine just come down and see your car last time 30 mins before I leave my work I get a text from Alex Peterson that Iam not approved and this time Iam actually there all happy to see the car they said I can get and its all cleaned up for me to take it for the night I get called to Alex office and was told I wasn't approved its humiliating that thy can do this and very hurtful I will never recommend them to anyone at all ever it's not being professional and I was told that he tried calling me and texted me when I didn't get anything at all I hate this place for doing this to me 2 times More
