After moving to Orangeville, Hallmark Toyota was recommended to us by a friend. We own a 2008 Toyota Sienna and needed some work done on it. We have been bringing our car for regular maintenance now for two years, and will not bring it anywhere else. We had a problem once with a service advisor, but Chris dealt with this issue in a very professional way. We have returned many times since. Thank you to Hallmark Toyota for providing not only great service, but also free coffee and discounts at local restaurants :) It is because of this service we will continue to use Hallmark Toyota for many more years to come. Even though I live in Mississauga I chose to lease both my Corolla and Matrix from Hallmark Toyota. I have for the past eight years taken both these vehicles there for every service appointment; this in a my Corolla and Matrix from Hallmark Toyota. The entire staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. When I was looking for a car, I never felt pressured by the usual sales tactics that one has come to expect from most dealerships. I never experienced any issues with either vehicle; nevertheless, as mentioned, both vehicles were taken here for their regularly scheduled appointments because I was extremely confident in the level of service I would recieve at Hallmark. The atmosphere of the dealership is also very warm and welcoming; it is bright and the waiting area is very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a Toyota; it is definitely worth the drive! More

But the main attraction to Hallmark Toyota is the fantastic sales staff - great people, never high pressure sales tactics typical of many dealerships, very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. My family is now on it's 2nd and 3rd Hallmark vehicles and will surely be back when it's time for a 4th, 5th, etc., etc.... More
