As its my second v SOOO, its our 4th vehicle from Orangeville Nissan. Why ?, I'm sure you're wondering. Let me tell you. 1. Great sales, Moe Lagden. As its my second visit to her with a need for a vehicle. I recently had an accident and being friends on Facebook, she reached out to ask how I was NOT to find out when I needed a new car. Once we found out my 2018 Frontier Pro 4x was a total loss I reached out to her and discussed my needs. (as they had changed) and she helped me in getting the best car for the best price. In this case a previously enjoyed 2017 Maxima SR. which I will be picking up on Monday December 9th. 2. Sales Manager, Nes Bratic. First time dealing with Nes. To say he was awesome is an understatement. when discussing my situation. he helped my understand my options and how to proceed, he took the time to go though a quick estimation of the damage of my truck . Then once we discovered that it was a total loss, he made sure I had the right coverage Warranty and price point on the car I choose. 3. Business manager, Lori Collins Since I was already in the system , this part of the transaction was a breeze. Once I had received my total loss payout to clear my existing Nissan loan (Tuesday Dec.3), and had it delivered to Nissan Canada I had completed the transaction with Lori on Dec.4th at 7 pm. She texted me with an approval by 230pm the 5th.. so to summate my experience with Orangeville Nissan, and my 4th visit.. AWESOME!! from start to finish. the process from having my truck written off to getting my replacement Maxima SR was a breeze. Small town values and a great no pressure attitude each time I have come in. I can't and won't stop recommending them to family and friends for everything I have posted above and its well deserved by all three. Thank you again for the help More

Another Happy Customer! I came in this dealership again, as my previous experience with the staff at Orangeville Nissan was so positive last time. I was back again looking f I came in this dealership again, as my previous experience with the staff at Orangeville Nissan was so positive last time. I was back again looking for a used car. Andrew McBride took the time to listen to what I was looking for and he came through is a big way. Andrew was very patient and explained everything from the background about the cars I test drove, down to the details on paper work. The process was seamless - he took all the stress out of the purchasing experience. I will also say the car felt like new when I drove it off the lot - Thank you as well to the team that cleaned up my new wheels. I'm now driving a car I love! More
Oil change and warranty work I had bought the truck brand new at this dealership. This was my second oil change. When I got there I mentioned that the tire pressure monitor was n I had bought the truck brand new at this dealership. This was my second oil change. When I got there I mentioned that the tire pressure monitor was not working and that it had never worked since I purchased the truck. The oil change was expensive and on top of that they charged me $50 for the reset of the TPM. You'd think the dealership would want you to keep coming back for service but after this I am NEVER going back More
