Excellent experience with Mark. I just bought my first car in a long time. (30 years) Mark at Orangeville Honda made the experience painless. He was very helpful with all aspect I just bought my first car in a long time. (30 years) Mark at Orangeville Honda made the experience painless. He was very helpful with all aspects of the sale! He explained every part of the journey with friendliness, knowledge and consideration. Being 69 years young I was concerned about not getting all the information I would need to be able to operate the car properly. Mark got in the car with me and was extremely helpful showing me how to use all the functions available on the dash. Thank you Mark More

Knowledgeable staff and excellent service I went to 5 dealerships in Brampton, one and Bolton and two in Orangeville and Mark at Orangeville Honda was by far the best salesperson I dealt with. I went to 5 dealerships in Brampton, one and Bolton and two in Orangeville and Mark at Orangeville Honda was by far the best salesperson I dealt with. He provided a comprehensive sales estimate and full disclosure on our financing options. Upon purchasing the vehicle, he thoroughly informed me about the features of the car. Truly a wonderful sales experience. More

Horrible experience. I’ve had an awful experience. They changed oil in my 2016 Civic and didn’t torque the oil drain screw so after a month of driving it got loose enough I’ve had an awful experience. They changed oil in my 2016 Civic and didn’t torque the oil drain screw so after a month of driving it got loose enough that most of the oil drained overnight, luckily I didn’t drive far from the house in the morning before starting to hear engine noises and losing power. What did they do? They filled it up with new oil, said the engine sounds ok and tried to get rid of me without even saying “sorry for your trouble”. After I refused, they took off the spark plugs and looked into cylinders and again Rick tried to get rid of me by assuring that if anything got damaged it would fail within months, still under warranty not years down the road. Listen Rick & Jamie; people buy new cars so they don’t have to worry about their cars breaking down in the middle of the highway! I don’t expect to get a new car or a new engine but an extended warranty would be nice to put my mind at ease, but the best they offered was to cleanup my car and give me an oil change, what a joke! I was going to pass this car onto my son, well, not anymore. They smile when you open-up your wallet but once they mess up they down own up to their screw-ups. I lost a day of work, my driveway is a mess from the oil and now I’ll be driving a brand-new car hoping “everything” is OK. More
BUYER BEWARE; friendly - but no ethics, morals, respect, etc I wish the review about the Civic Coupe was up before I bought from Orangeville Honda. I had almost exactly the same terrible experience. The Shor I wish the review about the Civic Coupe was up before I bought from Orangeville Honda. I had almost exactly the same terrible experience. The Short Version: - I was promised a black car delivered in 1 week; I received a white car delivered 1 month later - I was promised a free upgraded warranty; Honda kept ‘forgetting’ to register my warranty until I had bothered them so much that they finally gave it to me - I was told numerous times that the service centre would call me to make an appointment to fix my rusty door handles; I have never received a phone call despite checking to make sure they have my number, calling them myself, emailing customer service and visiting the dealership to complain - Honda Canada Customer Service has never responded to my emails. - After 1 year, I have received absolutely no service or compensation for the rusty handles on my brand new, under warranty, 2015 Honda Fit. The Long Version: I bought a new 2015 Honda Fit in Oct. 2014. The purchasing experience was no problem; the sales associates were pleasant and not pushy. I explained that I needed the car ASAP because I was starting a new job that I would have to commute to. Because the Fit was not available on-lot, the dealership offered a free warranty upgrade and promised the car would be delivered in 7-10 days; 10 days absolute maximum. However, the moment I had signed on the dotted line, they suddenly couldn’t care less about me. Originally I was told it would take 7-10 days to deliver my BLACK Honda Fit. I actually received a WHITE car 1 MONTH later and when I inquired as to why, the sales person told me that he had never promised to deliver in 1 week and insisted that he told me it would be at least 1 month shipping. That is not what I, my husband or my son remembers. Plus he said if I wanted the black model that, he admitted, I had ordered, it would take at least another month of shipping, possibly 2 months more. One minor detail is that they were ‘out’ of the folders to keep the car manual in, so they said I could stop by any time to request one when they were back in stock. Being naive and good-natured, I took the white car and hoped this would be the only problem with my purchase. A few weeks later, when I had not received my upgraded warranty registration in the mail, I called Orangeville Honda and found out that they had ‘forgotten’ to register my upgraded warranty. After another phone call a week later asking where my registration papers were, they finally remembered to register me. As spring came I noticed orange streaks coming down from inside 3 of the 4 door handles. Concerned, I took my car to Orangeville Honda. The salesman looked at the car in the parking lot. He was concerned about the streaks and went to get the service manager. The service manager ran his finger through the orange streaks, licked his finger, and declared the streaks to be rust. Then, he accused me of driving through ‘salt fields’ all winter, causing the rust. This is simply not true. I drive approx. 15km each way to work every Monday – Friday, rarely use my car on the weekends and always drive on regular asphalt public roads. The service manager then said that he would talk to Honda Canada about our problem and call me with an appointment time to check it out. He never called. After a few weeks with no call, I went back to the dealership. The salesman and service manager again looked at the car in the parking lot and the service manager took photos of the orange streaks which he said he would send to Honda Canada. He again said that he would call me with an appointment time soon. He never called. After a few weeks with no call, I emailed Orangeville Honda Customer Service explaining my problem. About 10 days later the service manager, the same one I had seen previously, emailed me to say that he was waiting for a response from Honda Canada and he would call me with an appointment time soon. He never called. After a few weeks with no call, I emailed Honda Canada Customer Service explaining my problem. I received a confirmation of their receipt of my email, but I have never received any reply. It was now time for my first oil change service. While at the service centre for the oil change, I talked to the same service manager about the orange streaks with were still appearing under my door handles. This time he said that Honda knew about this problem. He said they had seen a few Fit customers with the orange streaks, that it was rust caused by a shipping problem and that they had cleaned the rust streaks from the doors other cars and it had never returned. I had already cleaned the doors myself in the past, but I asked them to clean my doors as they had for the other cars and they did so. A few days later, the orange streaks were back. (A side note, I had asked each time I visited the dealership for a folder for my car manual and every single time they were ‘out of stock’, so I still did not have one almost a year after purchasing my vehicle) I returned to the dealership about 1 week after the oil change to show the service manager the new orange streaks. He did give me a folder for my owner manual this time, but it didn’t do much to cheer me up. He acted baffled by the return of the orange streaks. He now claimed that the streaks were not rust at all, but rather they were orange sealing wax which must have been over-applied during manufacturing to protect the handles from rusting. However, he did admit that it was strange how the orange streaks only came from 3 of the 4 handles. He also let slip that Honda Canada had sent him an email a while back asking him to take specific photos of the handles from specific angles. After checking this email he took the photos and said he would call with an appointment time when he had heard back from Honda Canada. He never called. It has now been 1 year since I received my 2015 Honda Fit from Orangeville Honda, and I want my money back. I would never deal with Honda again and most especially would never recommend Orangeville Honda to anyone insisting on purchasing or servicing a Honda product. More
I bought my Civic Coupe from Orangeville Honda used nearly 5 years ago and the purchasing experience was very pleasant & straight forward. During the sale I was sold a rust inhibitor module as the sol nearly 5 years ago and the purchasing experience was very pleasant & straight forward. During the sale I was sold a rust inhibitor module as the sole source of rust protection. The vehicle is now 7 years old and has 148,000 kms and in the rear driver side wheel well, rust has formed and has worked its way to the side panel of the vehicle. As the vehicle is still within the stated guarantee range for the rust module, I booked a service appointment to have the vehicle inspected. The car was not brought in to the service bay or hoisted up for close inspection. A couple of photographs were taken & I was advised someone would get back to me in regards to what the next step would be. Weeks went by with no word. I followed up with the Customer Relations Manager, Rhonda (who is excellent to deal with) who advised she would follow up. In total it took nearly two months to get a response and I was finally denied repair as "Surface rust as a result from exterior paint missing are not covered. The best resolve at this point would be to touch up the area where there is missing paint." The rust forming (as anyone who knows Honda & rear wheel well rust issues) is no "touch up" job and needs to be sanded & repainted. Admittedly, it was my own naivete to trust that the module they were selling me would properly protect the vehicle & that if any issues did arise, it would be covered. Reviews are unanimous that these modules are a gimmick, leaving my car without appropriate rust protection for the 4+ years I've owned it and now I have an unexpected rust repair bill, on top of the $500 paid for the useless module. Despite a favourable sales experience, exemplary service from the Customer Service Manager, that Orangeville Honda sells a 'gimmick' product like these modules and then fails to stand behind said product has left me extremely disappointed. I will not be returning to Orangeville Honda for any kind of service or when it comes time to replace my Civic. More
