Options explained in concise language and payment/paperwork expedited quickly in a very organized fashion. Linda was very clear ahead of time with the amount and details of payment to make it easy for us. 3. Insurance was explained, options explored, paperwork completed, payment made in a very streamlined way. 4. Run through and set up done of this rather complex vehicle in a easy to understand, logical fashion.5. Congratulated by the manager and a few other staff members. Even the service guys helped us find parking on arrival. All this in a reasonable time frame with no waiting so we were out and on our way in this beautiful new vehicle! More
