When this occurs, I tend to leave the premises. Tiffany, however, did not act like this. I do not make decisions quickly about major purchases, and may return to the dealership 2-3 times until I am sure that I am ready to make the purchase. Tiffany displayed great patience while I tested (on separate occasions) three different vehicles. She has a very pleasant demeanour, and I never felt any pressure to buy, I think this was a major factor in my decision to buy the 2017 Impreza from Wolfe Subaru on Boundary Rd. More
