Excellent Customer Service I can't believe the great service I get from OpenRoad Hyundai in Richmond. Services were fast. I wanted to have a service for my brake , I wanted to have it done at a authorize service center for my 2013 Elantra GL. Received a reminder call one day prior to my appointment On the day of appointment, my brake got services on time along with rake oil change. I was provided with assessment for the service/repairs required however not forced to do it immediately. Overall a good service appointment More
