Car Shopping Made Easy with Jamil I would get my 2010 GMC Terrain serviced at this dealership and would always wait in showroom. A very friendly sales person by the name of Jamil Kadri I would get my 2010 GMC Terrain serviced at this dealership and would always wait in showroom. A very friendly sales person by the name of Jamil Kadri was the first sales person to greet me in the showroom ever after visiting this dealership for 3 years in the Spring 2015. We chatted casually as I waited for my vehicle. Over the coming months between Spring to Fall, I had to visit the dealership multiple times to do vehicle check up and tests. Over this time frame, Jamil recognized me and took the time to educate me about the cars in the showroom from showing me Chevy's, GMC, Buicks, and Cadillacs. By September 2015, I was in the showroom again, and I was interested in finding my trade in value of my car and what my options were if I wanted to get a new vehicle. Jamil got my vehicle assessed for a trade in and detail priced some new vehicles for me. In October 2015, the monthly promotion changed and Jamil took the initiative to email/call me about the new promotion and even sent me an email quote to show me how affordable it was if I wanted to trade my vehicle in. In November 2015, I followed up with Jamil as I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. He was courteous, quick and was able to discuss with me on phone and provide email details so I can view and compare vehicle options. He made the purchase option very easy by laying out details from GM offers, dealership offer, and my own discounts. He was able to find vehicles for me to test drive, show me the features and benefits of them and in the end I was sold. I purchased a brand new 2015 Cadillac CTS Luxury 2.0 Turbo engine! Jamil went above and beyond the service by helping me add on some after-market services through his network and delivered the vehicle to me at my work as it was easier to process the paper work with my busy schedule instead of commuting back-and-forth between the dealership. Overall, Jamil defines the new generation and service quality of new car sales for young urban professionals like myself. He is flexible, open-minded, and non-judgemental. He provides beautiful clear, professional, and concise information through all forms of communication. He works to help you find a vehicle affordable in your budget and does not try to be greedy or do any shady sales tactics. (I went to other GM Dealerships to do a comparison) I definitely will be buying my future vehicles from him and recommending him as his service is impeccable! Thanks again for all your hard work. I found the sales associate Jamil to be extremely friendly and knoledgeable. He educated me on the options available in a clear and transparent manner and answered my many questions promptly. He located a car that fit my needs and was able to provide it to me within days. He was easy to deal with and kept me updated on each step throughout the process. Jamil provided me with great customer service in showing me options and models that came with the vehicle that I was looking for, which helped me make my decision when choosing. He found me what I was looking for and let me know how the process was, and gave me the step-by-step protocol of the procedures and his assistance with questions I had after I obtained the new GMC Terrain-my new GMC Terrain, were prompt. I was really happy to walk away-drive away knowing that I could call Jamil for assistance and I could reach him with any concerns that do arise in the future. More

Great follow through and pleasant negotiation Jamil Kadri was our sales and leasing consultant and he did a great job explaining all the features of our new Yukon XL. Reliable vehicle at a reasonable price. Last spring I had searched the internet for a month without success. Then I saw a posting at Old Mill GMC that suited both my needs and my affordabili Last spring I had searched the internet for a month without success. Then I saw a posting at Old Mill GMC that suited both my needs and my affordability. After a positive test drive I purchased a 2007 Dodge Caravan that has been very reliable over the summer. I am very satisfied with this vehicle. There were some minor problems which were related to previous ownership such as the missing Owner's Manual but nothing that can't be replaced if I need it. I did have some concerns about the Service Department as some employees acted professionally while others did not. I am leery of trusting this service department as I am a senior on a limited income. I cannot afford to gamble on sloppy work as I saw when I took possession of this vehicle. The salesman was very friendly and he dealt with my concerns quickly and professionally. He made sure the sloppy work was re-done properly. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership but I would have to be sure that their Service Department has raised its standards first. I may be in my last vehicle as I am now 65 and on a very limited income. To sum up my comments I would again say how happy I am with this vehicle. The price was affordable and I am having a good summer driving my van. I hope the dealership reads this review and weeds out the bad apples in their Service Department. Very good exerience I had winter tires on my cruze that had to be swapped to summer. The service guy took me in with no appointment although i had to leave the car there. Poor Service Department Took the car in early June as my service engine light came on. $135 for a diagnostic, which used to be free, "but now you need an engineering degre Took the car in early June as my service engine light came on. $135 for a diagnostic, which used to be free, "but now you need an engineering degree". Right plug the monitor into the lighter, and read the codes. Needless to say, I was informed that the diagnostic may be a little inaccurate, but they found issues with the transmission sensor. $1,600 estimate. I suggested bad fuel, but who am I a mechanic with an "engineering degree"? I held off the service as I was advised that the car would function otherwise, I was prepared to have it serviced in Florida where it would be cheaper. After I left I filled the vehicle with premium gas. Low and behold, the service engine light disappeared. I wrote to complain, but no response from anyone. More
