Be specific I will never again have any dealings with this business. It began with their website booking. After going through the process and booking for 7:15 am I will never again have any dealings with this business. It began with their website booking. After going through the process and booking for 7:15 am, I could not confirm/finish the process so I had to book for 8 am. When I arrived at 8:00 and was eventually checked in and asked when my vehicle would be ready I was told they would call me. I had things to do and planned on waiting so I asked for a ballpark idea and was told at least 3 hrs. which seemed like a long time for an inspection and I left and waited for call. After 4 hrs. I thought I should call before lunch breaks and was again told they would call me. An hr. later I was called by the person who was waiting for me and filled him in. Shortly after that I had enough and called the dealership to speak to the service manager who of course was not in, so I asked for the next in charge, who I believe was the parts manager. He was helpful and would look into the situation. Half an hr. later I received a call and was told that my truck had gone in 10 or 15 minutes ago. At 3:00 I paid for the job and told the young man at the counter the same thing I will repeat now. Why does it take 7 hrs. to do a job that takes a little over an hr? To which I was informed that the appointment that I made for 8:00 did not mean that my truck would be worked on then, just that it would be checked in at that time. After expressing how i felt about this I was told that I was not the only person who has felt this way. I told them that if they were clear/honest about that at booking time, people would be less likely to feel the way i do. Completely unacceptable and will never receive another dime of my money and I hope not yours either. More

She laid out fairly clearly the vehicle's history and any known issue it may have. Kyra even personally drove the car to my house in Calgary, and then to my bank when there were issues with the check I prepared. I've been driving the car for about a week now and I'm loving it, no surprises yet. I spent months looking for the right car around Calgary, I wish I had just gone to Okotoks Chevrolet Buick GMC from the start, would have saved me a lot of hassle. More

At our initial meeting he took the time to ask exactly what I was looking for and my price range. He was patient as I bounced between both new and used vehicles. He brought in a used vehicle from Calgary to Okotoks for me to look at and handled the news well when I was no longer interested (hail damage). Once I had realized it was difficult finding a vehicle without hail damage I decided to go back looking at new. I walked around the lot and found a Equinox that met all my expectations without having to order it in. Once finalizing my trade in and financing, I drove off the lot in my new vehicle to have the "Oil Pressure Low. Turn off vehicle" alert come on. Of course that is a awful feeling so I turned around and headed backwards to the dealership. I was given a free rental car and it ended up being a minor manufacture error on the oil pressure electrical switch. The GM, Jim and Dustin were all very comforting and assured me that the issue would be fixed and no other issues had been identified. Two days later I left a happy customer wth my new vehicle and have had no issues since . More
