Worst customer service ever!! Stay away!!! I would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE.. The sales managers could care less about customer service. If you have a complaint or concern wit I would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE.. The sales managers could care less about customer service. If you have a complaint or concern with a vehicle you have purchased you get the "I don't care" attitude. Read the Facebook reviews. Looks like this is how they treat customers. We bought a used vehicle that was filthy when we picked it up. We came from out of town and gave them 5 days notice when we would be there to pick it up. Food wrappers in all the pouches and cubbies, not vacuumed and the wheel alignment was off. I waited for 3 hours with 2 small children while they washed the outside of the vehicle. The inside was not cleaned during that time. The list goes on. They sure take the excitement out of purchasing a vehicle. They don't stand behind there promises at all!!! Stay away!!! More

Listening to needs and attention to detail where significantly lacking traits, at least by the salesperson representing Okotoks GMC. The Salesperson I dealt with was friendly enough on the surface but it felt forced and made us feel like just another number. I was given the “trust me we will give you the best with no gimmicks”, not only was it not sincere it was an outright misrepresentation leading me to question their integrity. Sadly, they didn’t lose my business on price, it was really close. They lost it because I lost patience with getting the run around, being unresponsive and pulling to many “used car salesman” tricks of the trade (false promises and in the end a real bait and switch). Good news is it pushed me to another dealership in a nearby smaller city that not only delivered but absolutely blew my expectations away and gave me the best value for my dollar and stellar customer service. Denali Purchase and Trade-In We walked into the dealership last Saturday to discuss a trade from our 2009 GMC Sierra to a new GMC. We met Clem Savard and he was great to deal with We walked into the dealership last Saturday to discuss a trade from our 2009 GMC Sierra to a new GMC. We met Clem Savard and he was great to deal with from the beginning. He was courteous, knowledgeable and once he knew which type of vehicle we were looking for he was able to find one outside the dealership and the deal was sown up by the next Saturday. We picked the Denali up on Monday and Clem went through the vehicle inside and out. Both Donna and Troy were great on the financing side of the business. All and all, a great experience. More

My service advisor, Matthew, was excellent and this review is not about him. The rest of the experience was not. I brought in the vehicle for cosmetic and other non mechanical repairs after purchase. I review is not about him. The rest of the experience was not. I brought in the vehicle for cosmetic and other non mechanical repairs after purchase. It should have been an easy fix but the first repair led to another due to breaking another part while replacing the first. They tried to glue the part back together using wrong glue/adhesive etc and it did not even last until I got home. They did not co-ordinate people (service) being there all at the same time so I did not have to return. Then, for one repair they had to replace the driver's door arm rest as it was loose and could not be repaired. After looking at that the driver's window would not go back up properly.. (It stuck 1/2 way up). Tried to imply that was due to cold weather. I ended up finding out it was due to an improperly installed seal on the inside of the window which was getting caught. When they fixed the issue of the window going up they ripped a tiny hole in a seal which is around the window. When attempting to repair scratches to a plastic panel they left a mess of dust and drips and then the repair to the panel started flaking off. So now I have to go back, again, to have them replace the panel which is what I wanted in the first place. There was also issues with prep to the vehicle at pickup time. It was not even close to being done right. All the sales manager had to say was that he replaced his detailers and made other excuses. He blamed employees not there anymore which is an easy out. It is a 60 km round trip for me each time to this dealership. A 1 trip service call now is a 3 trip and still not resolved. Awesome experience at this dealership! Walked in to see what they had for trucks. Asked reception to talk with a sales person. They were very busy and we waited a while. Then the sales manager came out and what they had for trucks. Asked reception to talk with a sales person. They were very busy and we waited a while. Then the sales manager came out and asked if we had been helped. We said no so he asked what we were looking for. He said he had the perfect vehicle for us. Of course to us that meant it was out of our price range. But we looked at it a anyways and absolutely loved it! We decided to purchase the optional insurance and glad we did. They have a great program for that. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

the staff treated me in a friendly manor, helpful, and they went out of there way in 3 different occasions to help me and make sure the service in the repair shop too, buying my truck was fun and always they went out of there way in 3 different occasions to help me and make sure the service in the repair shop too, buying my truck was fun and always answered my questions, The staff made sure I got home and also picked me up, and always offered me a coffee, and always asked if they could do more.
