We met Rob a couple moments after making it inside the door and quickly explained what we where looking for. He went to grab some keys for us while he directed up to the trucks of interest in the lot. He demoed 4, Repeat 4! 2500 and 3500 trucks for us, explaining each's differences from each other along with the values of each and narrowed down the choice to 2. We took them both for a drive and settled on the perfect candidate. After Rob had our trade appraised, This is when we met Kyra the Sales Manager. She was not only super helpful but also a wild little ball of fun who made us feel even more relaxed then we already where with Rob. All in all, we headed home to Airdrie set to pick up our new to us 2500HD which we picked up a few days later. Janine put me into the car of my dreams! I came into Okotoks GMC with a simple idea of "I might want a new car." I only had my 2015 for almost 3 years but I still felt the pull to go towards I came into Okotoks GMC with a simple idea of "I might want a new car." I only had my 2015 for almost 3 years but I still felt the pull to go towards something new, but I wasn't thinking seriously about it. I went in looking at the Buick Encore's, but I wasn't overly in love with them. I told Janine what I wanted and she did find it, but I mentioned how my dream car was a GMC Terrain. The next time I came in she found me a cheaper option than the Encore and it was my dream Terrain! While the price was a bit more than I wanted to spend, with regards to my amount owing on my old loan, I am so happy in this vehicle. The safety features are amazing and I am enjoying every drive with it. In the span of one week I went from thinking about possibly getting a new car, to omg I bought a 2018 GMC terrain. Thank you Janine! I look forward to my visits for oil changes to come and say hi. Ended up getting me into a 2018 Terrain (what I wanted within my price range). Even after I purchased said new car, Rob was there to answer any questions and deal with any issues that have come up. It was nice to see that even after the sale was made, he kept his word and was available to help. You don't get that from many people anymore. Rob guided me through my options and answered any questions I had. Dan, the finance manager, also managed to help me secure a lease agreement with the bank despite having no Canadian credit history. He was patient and guided me through the process and explained the options clearly. What really stood out though is Rob going the extra mile. He took full accountability after there was a problem with the AC, a rare trait amongst sales people after the ink is dry, and went the extra mile to resolve in under 48 hours. This involved collecting the truck, supplying me with a like for like replacement vehicle free of charge, and dropping it back off all in his own time. If you want a dealership and salesman that is still interested after the money is in their hands, then this is the place for you. I will 100% be using them again in 2 years time when my lease is due for renewal. More
