I saw a Buick Encore in the parking lot at the grocery store and it caught my eye. I decided I would take a drive down to Okotoks GM to take a look at one because i heard they where a very laid back and relaxed place. I met Rob my Salesguy near the front door, He welcomed me and asked me to come to his office for a quick chat about what i was looking for over a cup of coffee. He started straight away by saying "I know its going to seem like i am asking you a thousand questions, but I just love having as much possible information as i can get to really get you just what you are looking for". After about 15 mins of questions and some jokes thrown in for good measure we headed out to take a look at a few Encores. I fell in love with the first one, The Black Cherry because its a stunning dark metallic purple. We took it for drive around Okotoks and when we got back i had them appraise my CTS. I just knew i could not make a decision right away, I would have to sleep on it. Rob was very understanding, Asked if i need any more information which i said no to, but he gave me his cell number in case i thought of anything the next day (Sunday mind you). Few days later i decided i needed to get my new Encore, Dropped by to see Rob. We got everything buttoned up and I was set to pick it up a few days later!
