I apologize on behalf of the entire dealership for your poor service experience here. That is not how we do business. I am trying to make our service here as strong as possible, but I will need additional feedback from you if I am to truly correct our issues. It is my understanding that my Service Manager, Sterling Logan, spoke with you while you were here. It is also my understanding that my Service Advisor, Tara Crowe, did speak to you while your vehicle was here to keep you informed of progress. If any of that is untrue, please let me know. I do apologize for your vehicle not being washed. We are in the process of relocating our clean up department to new larger premises and will resume our courtesy wash services in the next few days.
