Unlike past purchases, I knew exactly what I wanted, and with the features and the color I specified, it was not an easy vehicle to locate. Rather than trying to sell me something off the lot that did not meet my criteria, they were more than willing to do a factory order for, and get exactly the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that I wanted, and with a nice trade-in value on the old vehicle as well. Will I shop there in future? Yes. Would I recommend them to friends? Well, my girlfriend has more recently bought a Fiat from them, so that would be a Yes. : ) More

It was not easy to find, but Colin Frantze and the team found our perfect truck in Alberta and brought it in for us. The whole experience of the purchase, from offer to negotiation (thank you to Dave Loewen) to financing (thank you to Jordon Sheppard) to licensing to follow up service was superlative. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is about the tenth vehicle we have purchased in our lives (third brand new) and it was the best experience we have ever had. The homework we had done with our pricing and costs was respected and while not fully "haggle free" was close to it. We had come to Okanagan Chrysler, and Colin Frantze, via the "haggle free" website. We were pleased with the agreed upon price and felt that the amount we were allowed on our trade was fair. One potential negative that in our minds became a positive involved the effort to get a proper "bug deflector" on the leading edge of our truck. It took three visits, but Liam Radford in parts got it right and we are pleased. I believe it speaks well of a company when a mistake or mistakes are made that they are followed up and dealt with to the customers satisfaction. On each visit our service advisor, Wade Graham, was clear and efficient in processing our vehicle. Kelsey in servicing was great to work with and made shuttle arrangements for us with Ernie and Carol. Ken Stone, the parts manager, upon hearing that we had metal plates on our mud flaps from an Alberta dealership, insisted on replacing them at no cost to us! We also had some custom leather work done that we are very happy with. Kudos to Terry Olson at "First Class Vinyl" for his work! Because it was part of the original deal, we were given a courtesy vehicle while the work was done... even though we were there early in the day and most departments were not open yet, one of the managers really went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, we cannot speak highly enough of Colin and every one of his interactions with us. He is a real gentleman who took care of every detail to a point well beyond our expectations. We strongly recommend your company to anyone making a vehicle purchase in the Kelowna area. We absolutely love our Ram 3500! Kudos to Dean McAuley, the owner, for putting together such a fine team!
