A smile on our faces .. We continue to enjoy our new Fiat 500 Cabrio and our experience with Okanagan Chrysler. We needed winter tires for Luce ... Colin emailed me Monday w We continue to enjoy our new Fiat 500 Cabrio and our experience with Okanagan Chrysler. We needed winter tires for Luce ... Colin emailed me Monday with a quote for tires and rims which seemed reasonable but we checked out the quote with a local tire shop. They couldn't offer us a better deal so I emailed Colin to say "go for it" and an appointment was set for Tuesday. When hubby and I arrived at the Sales Room, Colin was summoned. With a warm handshake he showed us around the parts department then took us into the Intake area and I handed over the keys. While we were there, David, the Manager, said a word or two to us and made us feel welcome. Tonight, Colin wasn't around (his day off) but John made sure everything ran smoothly and we were soon revving up Luce and heading for home ... a smile on our faces. More

I had made an online enquiry re a 2014 Fiat 500 and received a response from Colin, Internet Rep, almost immediately. A time was set for a test drive. As soon as we entered the Sales room, Colin was there to greet us with a friendly handshake. We took out 3 cars each different Fiat 500 models ... the last test the Fiat 500 I'd enquired about. It was a keeper and we've called her Luce Blu for her lovely colour. David, the Manager, stepped in, gave us a quote for our trade, and a final price. From there we were escorted to the Finance Guy, Adam, and we worked out a deal beneficial for the Dealership and us. To make our time there even more painless, an ICBC Agent was on hand to assist us with plates and insurance ......... And then ... and then I had the thrilling experience of gonging the gong!!! Our dog, Papi, even got in the picture. I have to say the day was long but at no time during the process did I feel under pressure. The team at Okanagan Chrysler Jeep Dodge (no Fiat! what's with that?) were all very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make our visit a good one. We were able to drive Luce away care free. My family and I went into the dealership, being new to the whole owning a new vehicle, we didn't know what to expect, so my husband and I were nervous My family and I went into the dealership, being new to the whole owning a new vehicle, we didn't know what to expect, so my husband and I were nervous, and didn't expect to drive away in a new vehicle.
