Each and every correspondence was responded to promptly and with respect. I did a factory order on a 2015 Ram Laramie, specs as I wanted, John was extremely helpful insuring that it meet my wishes and not trying to prompt more than I wanted, which was basically full load less sun roof. Once the unit was ordered John again kept me informed on its progress. I picked up the unit on Dec 13, on arrival at the dealership, I noted the unit parked out front with everything as requested (no decals) I like a clean unit. Entering the dealership we were greeted as guests, not as a prospect, Keep in mind none of the staff had previously meet us as our deal was started and completed using email. From this point the experience only improved, as my wife says there is no way to truly define other than totally awesome, and have relayed the same message to all those we know, My wife is a financial services manager with one of the major banks, and recommends the dealership to her clients. In my role with a Fuel and Lubes Distributor, I also strongly recommend the dealership. We look forward to a continued positive realationship with this dealership and it's Staff. Not only was Konstantin and the staff readily available, prompt and eager to assist, but the vehicle was exactly as they represented when I arrived to pick it up -- I live 2 hours away; made the purchase and completed the approval process over the phone. It had to be the most positive, least worrisome purchase I have ever made and my wife and I plan to purchase more vehicles from them in the future. The only negative is that they don't live closer to me :-) Definitely worth the drive. More
