He had a quick check and then brought out technician to look also. Gary detailed what would happen with evaluation, etc. and was able to squeeze my vehicle in almost immediately fortunately for me. Technician inspected problems, recommended work to be done. Although I had to go with a more expensive part, (brand part not in stock or in town) Gary arranged for part to be delivered right away. Technician agreed to stay a little bit late to complete the job and get me on the road same day. I was scheduled to leave for Vancouver early the following morning, so had it not been for Gary and the technician's "can do" attitude I would not have been able to make my very important appointment in Vancouver. thank you for your understanding and very friendly, efficient service! Wade Graham usually has a line of people waiting for his expertise and I'm happy to wait too. He's not just another robot running you through the process. He actually listens to you and actually offers you an understandable answer. All mechanical work I've had done has been at or above average and completed within the expected timeline at the price expected... except that one time. ;-) Well, this seems biased so I'm trying to think of some improvements they could make. The extra paper-work seems to slow the entire process down and I think it could be streamlined. The coffee selection could be better. Thank you so much!
