When I went to pay for the service I asked for the special. A couple of lame excuses later....I was told that it had expired. For a company that presents itself as a high service organization and goes to great lengths to provide testimonials and feedback like this....I was surprised. It was only $25 difference, a 'so what' dollar wise, but again, from a company reaching for great customer service the answer I expected would have been "That offer has expired, but since we left the poster up we'll honour that for you no problem. Thanks for pointing that out". So instead of talking about how great your service is....I find myself telling a different story. More
Saved my bacon I was traveling through Kelowna when my 2014 Ram 1500 Eco Diesel had a Check Engine Light and proceeded to go into limp mode. With 400km to go before I was traveling through Kelowna when my 2014 Ram 1500 Eco Diesel had a Check Engine Light and proceeded to go into limp mode. With 400km to go before I reached home, I had no choice but try my luck at the local dealership. It was a long weekend and they were closed but I made sure I was in first thing in the morning when they opened. I explained my situation to the service advisor Gary. My wife had an extremely important appointment in Vancouver that afternoon. He spoke with his co workers and explained that I needed to be in Vancouver the same day. They managed to schedule the truck in for the emergency appointment. I was told to come back in a few hours. I arrived just as he was processing the paperwork. The technician Matt had performed the necessary reprogramming to the computer and I was set to go. I was given a through explanation of the problem and how the repair was performed. Both Matt and Gary were extremely professional, helpful and courteous in dealing with a new customer that had no relationship with this dealership. I found the overall experience to be well above and beyond what I have learned to expect from these situations. I am moving to Kelowna in a few months and this will definitely be my dealership of choice for my vehicle. Thank you for your help! More
Came for a truck! I came in from out of town because I found a good deal on a used Ram online but walked away with a Brand New One. Finance guy Adam was able to show me how to save some money on what I had already and get me into a new truck, for same money just a few years more. Everyone was open and easy to talk with. Even received a parting gift. More

The Service Department is a waste of time. Vehicle needed repair under warranty. Once They Figured out what the problem was, They booked the following appointment a week later. I went in for my Vehicle needed repair under warranty. Once They Figured out what the problem was, They booked the following appointment a week later. I went in for my appointment, and after 1+hours, they told me they ordered the wrong part... It's been the same part Chrysler has had standard across that specific vehicle since the remodel in 2011. So, I leave and I had to be "squeezed in" for my next appointment. At my next appointment, I waited over 2 hours for the work to be completed. Once my vehicle was finished, I waited an additional 20-25 minutes it have it washed. I didn't understand why it was so long, since there was only one other person waiting for there vehicle (Most dealership say about 5-10 minutes max). Anyway, after waiting all that time for my vehicle to be washed, I walked up to my vehicle when everything was all done (signed paper work) my vehicle in fact hand not been washed, it wasn't even rinsed. Like Seriously? They claimed that it had been washed, when you could touch the paint and see where you touched. The windscreen was only cleaned where the wipers are, because they just used the cars sprayer and wiper blades to clean it off. What a waste of time... Plus we bought the vehicle brand new a month ago from this dealer, and it's no base model either... More
